Abstract: Poplar P-RC APMP was chosen as raw materials for fines generation and collecting, and then the P-RC APMP fines and calcium carbonate were co-flocculated before they were added into fiber fraction to make fine paper. Effect of different sub-fractions P-RC APMP fines and dosage of fines to make fine paper were studied. The result showed that, with the increasing of different sub-fractions fines dosage, the whiteness of paper increased first then decreased. For 200-mesh fines, 300-mesh fines, 400-mesh fines, the highest whiteness are obtained at 10%, 15%, 10% dosage respectively. Adding fines has positive effect on strength properties of paper. With the increasing of fines dosage, the strength properties of paper increased. Besides, the order of paper whiteness and strength is 400-mesh >300-mesh >200-mesh when using the dosage is same.

Abstract: The Optical Brightening Agent (OBA) used in papermaking is mainly the compounds which are diaminostilbene disulfonic acid derivatives. The three types of the compounds were investigated in the paper to brighten papersheet. The brightness could be enhanced limitedly when OBA was added in wet end or applied in surface sizing respectively. The synergy of the two types OBA is obviously and cost-effectively. The brightness of the sheet reach the peak when the percentage of AP is 35~45%.

Abstract: In this article, a new dynamic measuring method of young modulus based on magnetics coupling and double raster has been thoroughly given. The test sampie has been thoroughly free oscillated so as to decreasing systematic error of normal experiment principle , by Electromagnetic energy uncontract coupling sample shake and by use of laser light beating to measuring micro shake. the schematic diagram and the measureing method of light beating micro shake has been given, so are computational formula of young modulus, experiment results, error analysis and results.

Abstract: superheated steam; thermal flow; neural network; simulation of computer Abstrct: It was established that the measuring system model of the superheated steam heat flux based on the Artificial Neural Networks technology, and the measureing of the thermal flow, the compensation of the pressure and the temperature of the superheated steam were achieved. The error analysis of the measuring system was made by using the computer. The online data collection, computation, storage, real-time display and history date query were realized, which make the system more live and reliable.

Abstract: Silicon micro resonant pressure sensor and accelerometer are kinds of new gauging instruments. Both the silicon micro resonant pressure sensor and accelerometer have the particular advantages and become the key development direction of micro sensors. The introduction of silicon micro resonant pressure sensor is carried out first in this paper. The work theory and development tendency of resonant pressure sensor are discussed in detail. And then, the silicon resonant accelerometer is studied. The research development statuses of resonant beam accelerometer and development tendency are taken to analysis in this paper.

Abstract: TOFD (Time of flight diffraction) is suitable for the weld defects in the detection and has been widely used in the vessel of pressure. To widen the range of detection in TOFD and the removal of the background wave, a new lateral wave suppression method for TOFD image is proposed. Firstly, ultrasound TOFT image signal of the model is established. Secondly, a new searching clustering algorithm is proposed. Then, it is used to lateral wave suppression. The results show that the lateral wave can be eliminated effectively even if lateral waves are shaking seriously.

Abstract: Some tests including tensile test, bending test and shear test have been done to fibre-reinforced sandwich core boards which are ready applied to high speed train. Fibre laying craftwork is introduced in the paper and the test results show that the uniformity of fibre laying craftwork is good. The laying fibres have effective enhanced axial strength and modulus of fibre-reinforced sandwich core board. The reinforce influence degree to modulus is greater than strength.

Abstract: The paper aims to present a procedure of measuring concentration of oxygen dissolved in water; this procedure is based on the electrochemical method. The differential equation of the transfer speed of the oxygen towards water is numerically integrated and theoretical results are presented. A setup used for experimental researches regarding water oxygenation was subsequently developed; measurements regarding the increase of the concentration of oxygen dissolved in water were performed. Theoretical and experimental results were compared.

Abstract: The weight function method that uses a known weight function has been a general tool for the signal analysis of the electromagnetic flowmeter(EMF). However, it is difficult to solve the voltage equation directly by analytical method in order to get weight function for the partially filled pipe electromagnetic flowmeter(EMF-PF). The finite element numerical analysis method is tried to solve the weight function for the EMF-PF in this paper. The results show that weight function for EMF-PF relates to fill height of liquid in partially filled pipes, and there is a nonlinear function relationship between weight function for EMF-PF and fullness degree of liquid in the pipe.

Abstract: The hoop orientation degree of PVC-O pipes is an important factor to the evaluation of forming quality. In this paper, according to the propagation characteristic, Rayleigh wave was utilized to explore the orientation degree of the PVC-O pipes. The Rayleigh wave test is consistent with the longitudinal wave test in charactering the orientation degree of the pipes. The results shows that Rayleigh wave is very sensitive to orientation structure, and it is feasible to be used in the hoop orientation detection of the PVC-O pipes. Due to the simple manner of the detection, the method mentioned in this paper provided the possibility of on-line detection for the orientation of PVC-O pipes.
