Research on the Conductivity of Carbon Nanotube/Mica Composite Powder in the Epoxy Resin

Abstract:

The conductivity and dispersing of carbon nanotube/mica composite powder in the epoxy resin are researched. The pictures of SEM and TEM indicated that the diameter, content of carbon nanotube, dispersing and the diluted solvent have important influence on the conductivity of resin. The carbon nanotube/mica composite powder can make the epoxy resin have a lower volume and surface resistivity less than 1010Ω.cm.
