Research on System of Process Information Integrating and Monitoring for Production Process of Metallurgical Industry Based on Web

Abstract:

To meet the requirements of process information integration and monitoring for production process of metallurgical industry, the web based production process information integration and monitoring system was developed．This system, which based on fast Ethernet networks for data transmission channel and developing of I/O port, real-time database, data entry and reporting systems as well as related software, share the information of production process and the data from laboratory, check and monitor real-time process, analysis of production process to optimize process.
