Study on the Comprehensive Benefit of the Energy-Saving Social Security Houses

Article Preview

Abstract:

Due to the lack of money and information asymmetry, the energy-saving benefit of social security houses has been ignored in some regions. According to the Economic Evaluation Method and Parameters of Construction Projects (III), this paper has a discussion on the energy-saving security rooms from perspectives of financial benefit, national economic benefit and social benefit. The results show that there is a phenomenon of “market failure” in the field of energy-saving social security houses, and then the authors put forward to some suggestions for government.
