Study of Detecting Defect System for the Images of Medical Aluminum-Plastic Cap

Abstract:

This paper introduces the current situation of the development of medical aluminum- plastic caps and the importance of developing a set of recognizing system to measure their defects. For the defects on the inner side of the cap, a kind of identification method by extracting the image characteristic values is put forward, which include Area, Compact degree and six moment invariant parameters. Comparing the values of the caps to be detected with those of qualified ones, we then use the removing device to remove the failed caps.
