Abstract: Eliminating or reducing the influence of electromagnetic interference to control system is the key problem to improve the performance of flow calibration facility. In the paper, the sources, the action principles and the propagation paths of electromagnetic interference were analyzed. Anti-interference measures to control system of flow calibration facility were investigated based on the New 2# water flow calibration facility at Tianjin University Flow Lab.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the third generation of neural networks- Spiking neural networks (SNNs), the novel Spiking neuron model- probabilistic Spiking neuron model (pSNM), and their applications. pSNM is used in mobile robots' behavior control, and a novel mobile robots' wall-following controller based on pSNM is proposed. In the pSNM controller, Spiking time-delayed coding is used for the sensory neurons of the input layer and pSNM is used for the motor neurons in the output layer. Thorpe and Hebbian learning rules are used in the controller. The experimental results show that the controller can control the mobile robots to follow the wall clockwise and counterclockwise successfully. The structure of the controller is simple, and the controller can study online.

Abstract: This paper proposes an active braking control dynamical system in order to establish a safe and efficient vehicle driving stability control test system. Aiming at Chery A3 sedan, set up the active braking control dynamic simulation system base on MATLAB/Simulink. Adopting the brake driving integration ESP control strategy, analyze and verify the stability control performance of independent vehicle system and vehicle ESP test system based on active braking control respectively in under steering and excessive steering two test conditions. The analyzing results indicate that the test system based on active braking control can effectively assist vehicle travelling in the absence of ESP control or ESP control system failure; when vehicle has ESP control system, the driving stability control performance of this system and independent vehicle system has remarkable consistency. The active braking control system provides a basis for research of vehicle driving stability control test.

Abstract: In this paper, a corner matching-based localization algorithm is brought forward, which refers to doing corner matching every two frames for the video documents generated in the operation of the robot and calculating the corner offset between two frames so as to realize the self-localization of the robot. It turns out in tests that the localization by this algorithm is featured by little error and high robustness

Abstract: In order to construct a low-priced, reliable video-intercommunication system and meet the requirements of safety and information in an intelligent community, bus technology and one of its settling programs — CAN technology are investigated. After analyzing the defects of RS485 in master-slave mode, control network of equivalent mode in multiple computers communication is proposed. Dynamic time delay control is proved to be more efficient than constant time delay in equivalent mode and is more suitable in a video-intercommunication system. Based on present situation and development tendency of intelligent building systems, CAN+RS485 bottom network is designed and improved to achieve the control network of a video-intercommunication system.

Abstract: Starting with single loop, on the base of electromagnetic drying system, simple mathematical model for paper-drying control was studied by experimental modeling and an model for drying loops of dryer was gained. The interrelation among each loops was analyzed, and a bridge among them was set up combing with worker’s experience. The coordinated control between single drying loop and several drying loops under expert control was summarized, and the system design and the program of the whole paper-drying control loops were designed.The studying of the application has shown that expert control is advanced and effective on both equipment and control precision.

Abstract: In this paper, the discrete model reference adaptive control (MRAC) system of milling machine is discussed. Firstly, the discrete Model of milling machine is presented. Based on it the design of the adaptive control is made, and the rule of discrete model reference adaptive control is proven. The results of simulation show that adaptive control has favorable performances.

Abstract: CAN-based message scheduling problem is illustrated in detail in the thesis, the merit and demerit of the typical dynamic (EDF) and static RM) scheduling algorithm and the influence on NCS performance are analyzed. A kind of MTS is put forward, through setting up a NCS3 (containing 3 control loops). With the TrueTime toolbox simulation, the improvement on NCS performance is confirmed, and the Network utilization is improved.

Abstract: This paper mainly describes the hardware and software design of an underwater vehicle, the underwater vehicle aims at researching how to cope many kinds of accidents in the shallow water, and then makes the underwater vehicle able to work well and stable in the shallow water.
