Abstract: Image restoration, refers to the removal or loss in the process of getting digital image degradation of the image quality, image restoration technology is the key to meet the requirements of the point spread function, degradation model is an ill-posed integral equations, in the frequency domain, when H ( U, V ) less or equal to zero, the noise will be amplified, the degraded image and interference in H ( U, V ) value of the spectrum will be small to restore the image influence. In view of the point spread function put forward Wiener filtering algorithm, the noise lead to ill-posed integral with specified signal-to-noise ratio to reduce image restoration effects, through the IPT toolbox for fuzzy image restoration, image quality to achieve the anticipated effect.

Abstract: With the development of the nuclear power and the requirement of the nuclear power equipments’ automation, the fault diagnosis system needs to vibration, noise, temperature and other signals generated by the sensor acquisition system under test. Monitoring technology in high radiation environment is very different from traditional monitoring technology, there is a high radiation resistant performance to sensors, amplifying circuit and transmission cable. The project group preliminary study results show that using sound detection method for real-time video monitoring to get more equipment operating information. According to the research in radiation effect of semiconductor devices and comparison experiment, radiation resistant performance of moving-coil acoustic sensor is above CMOS image sensor several orders of magnitude. This provides a powerful hardware support to it that fault diagnosis method based on capturing the audio signal while the nuclear facilities are operating is proposed.

Abstract: For time-delay, noise and network congestion in the communication among agents, there are often random communication link failures among agents. In this paper, we analyze the pseudo two-hop distributed consensus algorithm with link failures, and research the relation between convergence performance and the probability of link failures. Supposing that the probability of link failures in every link is independent identically distributed, we analyze the convergence performance of the pseudo two-hop distributed consensus algorithm with link failures, and simulation results are provided to verify these analytical results.

Abstract: A grid-connected parallel inverter with interleaved phase shift is proposed in this paper. The synchronous are generated by the master module to achieve interleaving phase shift PWM for the parallel inverters connected to grid-tied system that make the inverter to output current to the power line and share the load. TI TMS320F2812 DSP is used for system feedback control with voltage and current by using A/D converters to generate the output current close to sine wave. The expected output current values are determined by the master module and transmitted via CAN (Control area network) between inverter modules. The grid-tied system uses zero-voltage-detection circuit to synchronize the inverter currents with grid voltage. For each switching period, PWM voltage of two inverters are interleaved to reduce the total output current ripple so that the switching frequency can be reduced and the power system EMI problem can be alleviated as well. The experiment results are provided to verify the performance of the proposed system to reduce output current harmonic distortion.

Abstract: Power circuit is the core of high precision permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) AC servo system. It is composed of three-phase AC-DC circuit and Intelligence Power Module (IPM). Three-phase AC electric currents flows through the major power circuit and changed to sinusoidal symmetrically AC currents to drive PMSM to work. For the high precision PMSM AC servo system, a design method of the system’s power circuit was given and the specific parameters of the circuit were calculated. According to the circuit, system simulation was carried on and simulation results show that the design of power circuit is feasible and the high precision PMSM AC servo system has good performances such as high position and trace accuracy, large range of adjustable speed, fast response and strong robustness. So the power circuit designed not only guarantee system’s robustness but also system’s following performance.

Abstract: How to describe the difference among various combat networks and measure their effectiveness is an important problem in combat analysis. In this paper three basic network models are developed based on the theory of complex networks and a new method is put forward for measuring the network effect of combat SoS. Numerical comparisons of the three combat network models indicate that though integrated joint operations network has the highest networked effects in networked effectiveness and clustering coefficient, but when considering the Average Path Length index, it has the lowest effectiveness. The results also suggest that the degree distribution of integrated joint operations network is scale-free thus it has the highest survivability.

Abstract: A new structure of 6-RSPS simulator platform which can be rotated infinitely is presented. The solution of direct kinematics problem of parallel structure is the fundamental problem. For the solution of this problem, according to the links vector diagram, the relationship of the position and orientation of the platform between the length of links and the rotate angle of the under-hinge is derived. BP network is applied, then using the previous data obtained by inverse kinematics as the training data and testing data of BP network, get the direct kinematics solution. Simulation results verified that the solution of direct kinematics applied the BP network can be meet the requirements completely, and the error percentages are within the acceptable range.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose the pseudo two-hop distributed consensus algorithm under directed communication topologies. The convergence performance of the pseudo two-hop distributed consensus algorithm under directed communication topologies are analyzed, and the convergence conditions for the pseudo two-hop distributed consensus algorithm are given. In particular, the convergence rate is determined by the spectral radius of the matrix depend on the communication topology. Finally, simulation results are provided to verify these analytical results.

Abstract: This article introduces unbalance phenomenon when several steel wire ropes hoist skip and some main methods of measuring steel wire ropes tension in coal mine. Use the strain effects to design a sensor which can be used to measure the tension of steel wire rope, to provide reliable data for the subsequent online tension inspection system. In order to facilitate the sensor in this system, the height of the sensor needs to be low enough. As one of the most important parts of the strain sensor, the elastic body is also low-height. To solve that problem, first using the SolidWorks software modeling and analysis of elastic body to design the sizes and obtain the best patch position of strain gauge.

Abstract: Based on the problem that tilt and convergence of some cylindrical structures in the building regularly need monitoring after the construction is completed. 3 D laser scan technology was applied and 3 D laser scanner was used to get the point-cloud data of a cylindrical structure which was deformed for external extrusion in the course of construction. The slope of the structure was calculated by the method of calculating the elliptical circle through more adjustment and proved that the method of using the 3 D laser scan technology to monitor the tilt and convergence of some cylindrical structures in the building is feasible and stable. 3 D laser scan technology can be used to calculate the slope of the cylindrical structure with minor error.
