Abstract: In order to make the active hydraulic suspension system to adaptive the ground. Taking the asymmetric valve controlled hydraulic cylinder as actuators, a six wheels hydraulic active suspension was designed. It is difficult to analysis of the six wheels system. So this paper established the single wheel’s mathematical model to instead analysis of the whole system, designed QFT (Quantitative Feedback Theory) controller which can be a solution to the system robustness, researched the hydraulic active suspension system. The results show that it is good for tracking performance of the hydraulic cylinder which taking the asymmetric valve controlled as actuators, system responses timely and the controller can meet the controlling requirements. This hydraulic active suspension system can improve off-road performance of engineering vehicles.

Abstract: Aiming at solving the problems existing in a lifting device of electrolytic lead residual anode washing production line, this article proposes an solution on basis of the electro-hydraulic digital valve control system, then simulates the improved system using the software of MATLAB, the results show that the improved system has better repeat precision, simpler operation and maintenance and stronger anti-jamming capability by using the electro-hydraulic digital valve control technology; adopting the hydraulic cylinder as powerplant avoids the impact load during operation and gets a better control accuracy of the anode plate’ velocity and position; the high precision double cylinder synchro-control system is achieved by using the master-slave control strategy.

Abstract: By combining the powerful self-learning ability of the neural network and the characteristic that the fuzzy control is designed based on the strategical rules of knowledge and language, this paper put forward the strategy of engineering vehicles' automatic transmission shift. According to a large number of experimental data, as well as the drivers' experience and the experts' profession, this paper put forward the strategy of engineering vehicles’ automatic transmission shift. The neural network model is set up based on Takagi-Sugeno and the factual cases are used to train and exam by MATLB, the simulation result showed that this method is feasible and meet the shift requirement, as it can accelerate effectively the establishment of the rules and reduce the set up time. The shift schedule can reflect precisely the actual out put target gear and meet the shift requirement.

Abstract: Reviewed the study of control method about radar servo in recent years, The most important thing is the non-linear improvement of the classical PID , including PID and fuzzy control combined; direct function method to construct NPID control; otherwise a weather radar servo system using the Bang-Bang control. On the basis of modern control theory, the new control strategy used in radar servo system is introduced to replay the new threat air defense in modern warfare; Establishing the state equations of the system and building state observer is to achieve the state feedback ; Utilizing the principle of optimality, fast and accurate indicators of the system converted to solve the optimized u in the state equation is to meet a new generation of high-quality performance of radar servo system.

Abstract: Herein we design and describe an automatic tracking of three eccentric butterfly valve plasma spraying system and a complete spray welding technology. Two IGBT welding inverters are introduced as the power of both the main arc and pilot arc of the plasma spray welding in the main circuit.Dual-Computer communication control System is adopted in the control circuit of the system: the Programmable Controller(PLC)is employed to control the plasma spray welding process and the single-chip microcomputer 80C196KC is to control the trace and calculating. The tracing performance test and the welding results show that the system is well-designed, steady and reliable, and considering its good welding conditions, we conclude that it can meet the technical requirements of Tri-eccentric butterfly valve surface spray welding and can keep up with the development tendency of automatic tracking of plasma spray welding system.

Abstract: In order to study the influence of pulsating blood flow to robot and blood vessel, UDF programming of the inlet velocity is defined as the boundary condition, and the model simulate the turbulent blood flow. Moreover, in this situation, this paper analyzes the influence caused by blood parameters for the biggest surface pressure on robot. The results are showed that the variation of pressure and velocity is different on different position at 0.08s and 0.27s, and the surface pressure of the robot become greater by the increase of blood density or viscosity.

Abstract: Due to vary kinds of factors, test results for a weapon system may be incomplete and hard to make decisions for fault diagnosis. Aimed at the problem of the weapon system inconsistent decision-making for fault diagnosis, introduced the method of consistent approximation space. Firstly the definition of inconsistent decision-making information system was brought forward, and then the consistent approximation space was formed. Attribute reduction for the consistent approximation space and an approach for rule amalgamation were also presented. Finally, a case was used to prove this method; the result shows that the method of consistent approximation space can solve the inconsistent decision-making for fault diagnosis problems effectively.

Abstract: According to the thrust vector control requirements of fast turn of the missile vertical launching, this design carries out the force analysis of the jet vane which is in the high temperature and high speed jet stream, and calculates the normal force which is generated by the vane, thus calculates the area of the jet vane. At the same time, according to the aerodynamic theory and engineering experience, this design analyzes and calculates the aerodynamic shape of the jet vane. As a result, two types of jet vane are designed. On this basis, through the use of a fluid analysis software FLUENT, both of the two jet vane are simulated and get a jet vane which is more suitable for the practical applications.

Abstract: The theory of 2D wave generation with active wave absorption is outlined. A new control method of active absorption wave-maker is established based on the S plane control (SPC) algorithm in this paper. Using SPC, a piston-type 2D numerical wave flume (NWF) simulation program for simultaneous wave generation and active wave absorption is developed with Boundary Element Method (BEM) and Mixed Eulerian-Lagrangian (MEL). The absorbing wave-making contrast simulation tests for regular wave are also carried out in NWF. Simulation results verify that the controller is robust and well effect for absorbing re-reflected wave is obtained in low reflect condition. Meanwhile, stable wave profile can be output by the absorbing wave-maker in a long time when acute reflected waves appear in the terminal of NWF.

Abstract: The thermal tactile perception principle of human finger was analyzed. Based on STM32 processor, the high-speed, high-precision, adjustable temperature control device was designed. Using the temperature control device, thermal tactile perception characteristics in human fingertips were studied, including maximum temperature, minimum temperature, and comfortable relationship in fingertips, temperature resolution ability, temperature remembrance ability, waveform recognition ability of temperature variation. Experimental results are as follows. The temperature resolution ability is higher near the body temperature in human fingertips, and the temperature resolution ability reduces when the temperature is too high or too low. The perception accuracy of temperature memory can improve effectively after training, and the perception accuracy of continuous touch is higher than discontinuous touch. The recognition rate of square wave is higher than triangle wave in temperature waveform recognition.
