Abstract: PDA, one product from iba AG, is one open progress data acquisition system used for automatic control system. After the simple introduction about the PDA, an application in AISC hot-strip Rolling Mill was shown for analyzing the reason of strip block. The fact showed that the PDA system had many advantage, high sampling rate, highly real-time performance, highly stability, and provide impersonal and accurate evidence for driven system commissioning. Also, this system could record data for fast fault analysis and time sequence analyzing of AUTO control system.

Abstract: After analyzing Toyota prius power assembly’s configuration, operation principle , control system and communication conditions among components, adopting theory analysis and car conditions testing methods, declare the requirement torque of transmission’s input shaft, engine output torque, motor output torque and friction brake torque, do comparative analysis of components’ torque and SOC condition under engine single drive, motor single drive, engine drive together with generator working, engine and motor drive together four drive conditions. Acquiring relation among components torque, building basis for following understanding and analyzing prius control strategy. Describe the phenomenon in the experiment.

Abstract: Hive is a data warehouse architecture in cloud computing. In order to solve the inadequate of massive data storage, query, and computing power in current electric power data warehouse, a method of electric power data warehouse based on Hive is proposed. Combining data analysis demands of electric power entreprises, the integration architecture between Hive and column-oriented storage is designed in electric power data warehouse, and the process of which is also given. At last, electric power equipment condition data is used for experiment on Hadoop cluster, results show that this method can quickly achieve query and analysis in massive multidimensional data set.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the vehicle active chassis system, multi-model system including Electric Power Steering System (EPS), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Semi-active Suspension system (SAS) is established. Then, using the strategy of intelligent hierarchical control, the coordinated controller of active chassis system is designed. The bottom layer controller includes 3 separate controllers, i.e., suspension, steering and braking system controllers. They are used to carry out different control tasks and achieve performance indexes of subsystems. The upper layer coordinated controller is used to judge the vehicle states. At the same time, combined with the vehicle chassis coordinated control logic and the characteristics of feed-back information coming from the bottom controllers, the upper coordinated controller make whole coordination and control decision-making to vehicle active chassis subsystems. The simulation results show that the intelligent hierarchical control can improve the vehicle operational performances effectively.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel three-phase AC/AC converter is proposed. The proposed converter consists of six power switches, three capacitors, three input inductors and three output inductors. The proposed converter has several advantages such as sinusoidal input-output current, adjustable frequency, unity input power factor and lower switch cost etc. Based on the sinusoidal pulse width modulation techniques and zero vector control strategy, the converter combines three-phase AC/DC converter and three-phase DC/AC inverter to generate a single-stage converter controlled in the same period. By fixed capacitor ratio, the duty functions of converter and inverter are operated in optimum period for more stable control. The software VisSim and TI TMS320F2812 are adopted to implement the proposed converter. Besides, the mathematic model of the proposed converter is established by the state average technique. Finally, some experimental results are compared with the proposed theory for verification.

Abstract: In the process monitoring and fault diagnosis of batch processes, traditional principal component analysis (PCA) and least-squares (PLS), are assuming that the process variables are multivariate Gaussian distribution. But in the practical industrial process, the data observed of process variables do not necessarily be the multivariate Gaussian distribution. Independent component analysis (ICA), as a higher-order statistical method, is more suitable for dynamic systems. Observational data are decomposed into a linear combination of the independent components under statistical significance. The higher order statistics will be extracted and the mixed signals are decomposed into independent non-Gaussian components. Traditional method of ICA has to predefine the number of independent components. This paper proposed an improved MICA method of realizing the automatically choosing the independent components through setting the threshold value of the negentropy. The method can solve the problem of predefining the number of independent components in traditional methods and meanwhile it reduces the complexity of the monitoring model. The proposed method is used to do the process monitoring and fault diagnosis of penicillin fermentation and the results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

Abstract: The paper mainly introduced research state of coal mine mobile refuge chamber and its outside environmental monitoring system, analyzed particularity of chamber-outside environment and design requirements of outside environmental monitoring system for coal mine mobile refuge chamber, and put forward design goals and idea of software design, hardware design and protective device of outside environmental monitoring system for coal mine mobile refuge chamber. It put forward a design scheme of outside environmental monitoring system for coal mine mobile refuge chamber according to the actual applications and design goals. The design scheme consists of software, hardware and protective device. And it detailed expounded environmental monitoring system’s working principle, signal transmission principle and workflow. The paper can provide technology reference for development of outside environmental monitoring system for coal mine mobile refuge chamber in China.

Abstract: Fuzzy adaptive filter and H∞ filter are introduced to solve the problem of low filter performance, which comes from uncertain noise caused by seawave and high frequence vibrancy. First, basic principles of the fuzzy adaptive filter and H∞ filter are formulated. Second, state space model of self-alignment for SINS of the carrier craft is built. Finally, according to each character, a comparison on results that Kalman filter, fuzzy adaptive filter and H∞ filter are applied to alignment for SINS of the carrier craft is made. Simulation results show that although Kalman filter has definite robustness to external uncertainty noise, weak anti-jamming ability and bad filter performance make self-alignment failed. Fuzzy adaptive filter and H∞ filter have strong ability to suppress external uncertain noise and can obtain good filtering accuracy. They both can complete self-alignment. Filtering accuracy and rapidity of fuzzy adaptive filter are better than those of H∞ filter, while robustness and curve smoothness of H∞ filter are stronger than those of other filters.

Abstract: Cell health situation relates to its inter structures closely. Cell scattering measurement can be a non-invasive measurement method to obtain cells structure information. But normal scattering detection by original scattering spectrum can not identify cells inner structure changing, such as nucleus radii difference. Traditional scattering spectrum analysis method for identifying cells is to plot the forward scattering (FS) light intensity against side scattering (SS) light intensity. Overlapping phenomenon always occurs which leads to serious error or even mistakes in cells identification results. The Novel even scattering angle superposition algorithm and even incident angle superposition algorithm are put forward herein. In this way, the same kind of cells with different inner structures can be effectively distinguished. The rapid, convenient and label-free cells assorting and detecting can be therefore well accomplished, and these novel methods could be a kind of important diagnostic tool in cancer or other malignant cells diagnosis.

Abstract: To improve the accuracy of the navigation system, the effect of GPS measurement delay on initial alignment of GPS/INS is analyzed and the GPS/INS integrated navigation error models are presented in this paper. The H filter is adopted in designing the in-motion alignment scheme realized by velocity matching, where the disturbances in measurements are not fully known. To improve the alignment accuracy on moving base with the GPS measure delay, a H∞ filter approach based on minimax criterion is presented. To validate the proposed robust algorithm, the simulation under the two typical vehicle maneuver trajectories is carried out. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed H∞ filter approach can achieve the initial alignment more quickly and more accurately comparing with the conventional Kalman filter approach.
