Because of the rate of rotary seeding sowing machine is low,Turn the cylindrical roller into plane structure, The dislocation type seeding device is designed, The problem about the position relative to the Seedling tray and seeding machine is solved by useiing optoelectronic technology，Experimental results show that the new seeding device’s Seeding accuracy could reach 98%, the working efficiency of the machine is greatly improved.
