Abstract: According to the characteristics of solid propellant kneading machine, a set of wireless temperature measurement system is designed. In the system, the temperature signal is collected by three sets of temperature sensors and AT89C55, then the signal is transmitted through NRF2401+, which is the wireless transceiver module, at last, the single-chip communicate with the remote host through the RS232. Proved by experiments, the system have some advantages, such as the designed of the simple circuit, easy data transfer, multiple simultaneous acquisition, real-time good and remote monitoring.

Abstract: This study aimed to devise a sizing system for dress shirts which can reflect the true characteristics of body shapes to develop an automatic design of dress shirt patterns for men in the future. In the existing sizing system based on neck circumference and cervical-to-wrist length, chest circumference is regarded as a secondary size dimension. However, in order to automatically design and produce male shirts, all dimensions of the human body must be accurately reflected, including chest circumference. Additionally, the drop is an absolutely necessary factor needed to design shirts that cover the torso. Therefore, this study concludes that a sizing system needs to be developed that takes into account chest circumference, cervical-to-wrist length, neck circumference, and drop all together.

Abstract: In this paper, the technology of attractor phase space in chaotic theory is introduced and applied in the structural damage detection. Firstly the phase plane is constructed with the displacement and acceleration responses. Using the changes of phase plane topology of intact and damaged responses, a new damage index is extracted, and the structural damage existence and severity are identified successfully. Since some of the state variables can not be measured, a method of phase space reconstruction is proposed using single dynamic response. The dynamic responses are directly displayed into phase space, realizing transforming the signals from time domain to space domain. Then using the reconstructed phase space, the damage is diagnosed. The results indicate that the phase space reconstruction method has good robustness to noise, and higher sensitivity compared with traditional modal-based methods. The phase space reconstruction method can calculate the value of the damage index using single dynamic response, so that a single sensor can monitor structural damage existence and severity.

Abstract: The value of sedimentation is a comprehensive index to assess the quality of wheat, but using near infrared spectroscopy to determinate wheat sedimentation value is rarely reported. In this paper, we explore the feasibility and effectiveness of wheat sedimentation value determination based on near infrared spectroscopy. We establish the PLS calibration regression model of wheat sedimentation value and BP neural network calibration model of wheat sedimentation value. The roots mean square error of prediction(RMSEP) and prediction correlation coefficient(r) are 0.73554、7.3352 and 0.49118、10.015 respectively. And complete with models of wheat protein content built in the same circumstances to analyze reasons of poor wheat sedimentation value forecasted.

Abstract: Ultrasonic Infrared Imaging is a novel NDE technique, which performs well on material internal defect detection, such as metal fatigue crack, composite material impact damage and adhesion and so on. Traditional defect identification often depends on eyes and professional experience, which can’t give a clear conclusion of defect information. The identification algorithm based on time sequence images is low-level. Therefore, taking the crack detection in Ultrasonic IR Imaging as an example, after contrastive analysis of shape characters and gray distribution between crack region and normal region, characteristic parameters for different regions was creatively extracted in this paper. An automatic recognition algorithm based on Weighted Support Vector Machines is put forward for crack recognition. Subsequently, the correctness of the algorithm was validated by experiments.

Abstract: The origin and damage of curing residual stress were firstly investigated briefly in this paper.And then Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) sensors with different central wavelength were used to test the temperature sensitivity and the strain sensitivity. At last, the naked and encapsulated FBG sensors were layed parallelling into prepreg to monitor the whole curing process, and the results clearly showed the situation change of strain, the appearance of gel point and glass transition temperature.

Abstract: This research proposed a real time exhaust measuring system and realized automatic acquisition of exhaust data. In this research, VMT (Vehicle Mounted Terminal) which is integrated with GPRS module, GPS module,exhaust detection unit and microcontroller unit, collected the concentration of CO2, CO and HC and the vehicle location which were then sent to MC (Monitoring Center) via GSM/GPRS net. In this way, both exhaust transient data under daily running and vehicle location are available to environment protection department, which provided a new method to rid high emitting vehicles in urban areas. The system has extensive practical value in vehicle exhaust online detecting, remote vehicles management and environment monitoring.

Abstract: In the iron ore mining process, often encounter the fault fracture zone, the weak interlayer and the moisture content of the anomalous body is not a direct predictor of adverse geological formations, timely forecasts and governance of these geological disasters will affect the safety in production. Geophysical techniques in many prediction methods for its non-destructive, accurate, efficient, fast and to be recognized. Which, in different geological conditions, mine transient electromagnetic apparent resistivity differences obvious response, the data processing results can be accurate lithologic difference between the electrical changes in interface, has been confirmed in a lot of Mine Water Project. On the basis of a brief introduction to the basic principles of multi-mine transient electromagnetic, combined with the theoretical premise in the exploration of iron ore, iron ore project instance try to explain mine transient electromagnetic Iron Ore Mine water.

Abstract: Smart meters are developed gradually from the traditional power meters, which is an important terminal in the smart grid. It is the foundation of information integration, analysis, optimization and information expression, and undertakes the task to data acquisition, measurement and transmission. This paper reviews the development and application of smart meters, analysis the technical requirements, function of smart meter, and summarizes the benefit of smart meters’ application. It can be concluded that the large-scale use of smart meters will fully reflected energy conservation, efficiency, and safety of the smart grid.

Abstract: Obtain 3-D profilometry of object by phase in optics 3-D techniques, need to project sinusoidal grating on the surface of object measured. To improve the contrast intensity of projection sinusoidal pattern, introduce pulse-width modulation method of electrical engineering to design sinusoidal grating. Firstly, analyze the feasibility of designing sinusoidal grating using high frequency triangular waveforms modulating sinusoidal waveform. Describe light intensity distribution function of 3-D measurement. Give instantiation of creating sinusoidal grating. Finally, analyze frequency spectrum performance for the sinusoidal grating.
