Abstract: The operational safety has become a bottleneck problem in the construction of e-government system. The perfection of the safety management system is particularly significant to guarantee the e-government operational safety under the circumstances of a comparatively backward information technology foundation in China. The safety running and management systems can be classified into two main aspects: safety administration management and technical safety management. The former includes establishing the safety management organization system, improving the responsibility system of safety management, strengthening the management of network information, stressing the management and development of human resources and so on. And the safety management of the host computer sites, data management for computer system, the establishment of a standardized data and information management system, emergency recovery measures, the establishment of the security auditing system, safety assessment and so on make up of the latter.

Abstract: The high pressure waves created due to muzzle blast flowfield through the gun barrel during firing is a critical issue to examine. The impulsive noise from the gun has various negative effects such as damage of human bodies, damage of structures, creating an environmental, social problem and also military problems, so beyond the range of a flow field was simulated numerically. The calculation was based on the 2D axial symmetry Navier-Stokes equations and standard k-ε turbulence model. From numerical simulations, wave dynamic processes are simulated and discussed. The pressure variation of the blast flowfield is analyzed , The results of this study will be helpful in understanding muzzle blast wave and designing silencer .

Abstract: 3D visualization has become the basic requirements of many applications of GIS. However, most of the commercialization of GIS software based on two-dimensional, to describe the true three-dimensional hydraulic engineering environment. Data integration with 3D visualization technology can be obtained through various means in order to visualize three-dimensional graphics dynamically shown to provide a convenient analytical tool to handle the vast amounts of complex engineering data, has become the GIS research cutting edge of technology and research hotspot. This paper first discusses the hydraulic engineering 3D visualization modeling framework and then study the water conservancy 3D GIS model and visualize the general principles and processes. And the general approach and application effect of 3D GIS Model have been illustrated in detailed.

Abstract: Xen’s VBD (virtual-block-device) driver is proved to be an efficient solution for block device virtualization, which can achieve nearly 90% performance of bare mode. However, long call path, heavy involvement of hypervisor and redundant context-switches are still obstacles preventing current frontend-backend virtual disk driver from reaching a more efficient level. In this paper we proposed a cache-based method to improve the performance of Xen’s VBD driver. By implementing a cache which buffers recent frontend disk requests, guest is given the opportunity to complete read virtual disk independently without any involvement of Dom0 and XEN hypervisor. Result shows that our cache can brings great improvement of performance to Xen’s VBD driver.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to develop a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The system will act as a secure repository for both public and proprietary data. The public repository will contain all the data from other public repositories as well as the data released by the researchers into the public domain. The secure repository will manage the data and maintain its privacy until the researcher who owns it shares it with the public. This secure repository needs login credentials that should be validated to access the system. It is this type of system that would be used to design the experiments that would be submitted to the LIMS system.

Abstract: In recent years, voice terminal products show the intelligentized trend. This paper presents an embedded design method of intelligent voice terminal based on pattern recognition. The design adopts Samsung S3C2410 ARM as target board, Philips Uda1341TS as audio codec, embedded Linux OS as software platform, and speech recognition is implemented through small-vocabulary voice training. To improve the effect, we use the image-retrieval technology as an auxiliary tool, which helps speech recognition module create or more accurately find a personal voice-training library. By means of image recognition, the experimental results show that the effect of speech recognition achieves an average increase of 10 percentages.

Abstract: This system focuses on teaching courses and the sharing of self-timer movie. It has open spirit of the textbook-assisted learning, encouraging users to upload, share, and expand. Provided as a passage of after-school instruction, the content of the teaching will be made into a movie and uploaded to the website for answers of questions. The use of Podcast platform can help achieve the sharing of knowledge and experience, for the platform has built up a course classification and message boards to provide teachers and students with the service of Q & A and account subscription. Successfully built, Podcast System can be used as a remedial teaching program in the department's website, which integrates the output of two-dimensional bar code as an application of action learning and guidance.

Abstract: E-commerce service has become the essential issues in internet, but in how to use cloud computing to serve the information processing of E-commerce in order to enhance the efficiency of management is still an emerging research topic. This study explore the concept of cloud services and cloud application mechanisms in e-commerce model,analyzing the technology construction and means of support based on new business model to improve the service management process. Finally, according to these analysis, we discus some problems of cloud service which can enhance the use of its capabilities and better improve the efficiency of e-commerce operations.

Abstract: System modeling reduces ambiguity, misunderstanding, and misinterpretation of system specifications. Modern systems tend to be very large and complex and they are hard to understand, difficult to modify and test. There is a need to analyze a particular functionality, such as a requirement of interest or a transition, a particular system feature. In this paper, we present a slice approach to generate the slices based on the UML state diagram. The slice algorithm and slice criteria are proposed in the paper. The UML state diagram slices can be applied in the fields of the software testing such as regression test, debugging and maintenance.
