Abstract: In this article, texted the humus soil pellets by means of SEM-EDAX. Analyze the release of organic matter at different dissolved oxygen conditions and the content of TOC changes after being used for different duration. Systematically studied on the physical and chemical properties of the filler and it’s released highly active organic nutrient composition. Further reveals the principle of humus activated sludge process how to deal with the high concentration organic wastewater. The results show that the humus soil pellets has a complex structure and irregular, containing large quantities of animal bone debris and plant fragments, and its main elements are C, Si, O. Three elements of the weight percentage reached 88.69%, atomic hundreds of content reached 93.52%.The humus soil pellets released organic substances at different dissolved oxygen conditions are different. Released substance under low dissolved oxygen conditions are mostly short-chain polar organic functional groups such as methyl, carboxyl and hydroxyl groups.

Abstract: Soil physicochemical properties and the nutrient status of urban green spaces (UGS) in Xuzhou were analyzed. The results show that the soil pH is neutral to alkaline. Influenced by alkaline chemical fertilizer and some building materials, the soil pH presents a rising tendency. The content of soil organic matter (SOM) content was low but variable, which is mainly attributed to the disturbance of anthropogenic activity. The distributions of total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are relatively uniform but those of alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen, available phosphorus and potassium are highly dispersed. In addition, available phosphorus shows the most significant variation. The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are lower than in the natural cinnamon soils, and their deficiencies will occur if no effective measures are taken in the near future.

Abstract: Cu and Zn are the essential trace nutrient elements and the important heavy metal elements. Available Cu and Zn are the parts directly absorbed by plant, but the higher concentration of them would impact the quality of plant product and endanger the human body health. Taking Chinese Herbs Plantation Base of Yunnan Baiyao Group Co.LTD as exemple, this paper analysis the distribution of available Cu, Zn in the southwest mountain soil. The results of 214 soil sampling point data show that the average content of available Cu is 0.69 mg•kg-1, with low and middle grade, and available Zn is 1.65 mg•kg-1, with high and middle grade, belong to the high variability of soil character. The data were interpolated by means of ordinary kringing coupled with a GIS to produce contour distribution maps of aviliable Cu and Zn. Far away from the pollution of production activities, the distribution of soil available Cu, Zn content have better consistency, and are mainly determained by soil parent materials. Terrain undulation on the regional is another impact with higher concentration in the ditch and inlet of reservoir. The highest values were 3.461 and 4.96 mg•kg-1, but they won’t cause environmental pollution.

Abstract: To explore the intrinsic relationship of distribution of soil water and agricultural production, this paper, selecting the area of Hai River Basin in Shanxi Province as the studying district, and using the observed data of soil moisture collected in the observation stations in 1961-2005, divided the area into different regional units according to the local planting structure, and identified the main evolution trend in each unit and driving factors of soil moisture change. It shows that the fluctuation of the soil moisture is very similar with that of the antecedent precipitation and the average temperature, and the trend of the soil moisture is the same with that of the precipitation. This research could act as the reference for government in agricultural production management and drought alleviation in Hai River Basin.

Abstract: Trichloroethylene is one of chlorinated organic compounds widely used as a solvent and degreasing agent in industry. Because of uninformed disposal in the past, trichloroethylene has become one of major contaminant in environment, and this situation has brought about a serious public concern for its toxicity. A promising approach to solving this problem is bioremediation using degrading-bacteria. A bacterium(strain TC-1) was isolated from environment, which could degrade trichloroethylene. It was preliminary identified as the genus of Sporosarcina sp.. The results showed that the optimal degradation temperature, degradation time, rotary speed and the initial pH of fermentation medium were 25°C, 60 h, 180 rpm and 7.5 respectively, the ratio of degradation reached 95.56% under this conditions.

Abstract: Dyes are usually difficult to be decolorized due to their complex chemical structures. In this work, a bacterium which had the ability of decoloration on synthetic dyes was isolated from Yancheng printworks and was identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The effects of concentration of the dye concentration, cultural time, cultural temperature and initial pH of cultural medium on the efficiency of decoloration were investigated. The result showed that the optimal cultural conditions was: dye concentration was 50mg.L-1, cultural time was 72 h, cultural temperature was 28°C, initial pH of cultural medium was 7.0.

Abstract: Studies on principal factors preventing CER (China Environmental Risk) from Project Angle are seldom found, so we studied principal factors preventing CER (China Environmental Risk) from Project Angle in this thesis, including their selection, sequence and contribution. By our analysis, principal factors preventing CER (China Environmental Risk) from project angle can be ordered by contribution as follows: general management, projects for primary industries, energy projects, and public transportation projects. And our related advice is as follows: first, careful protection of natural environment. Secondly strict surveillance on production of waste from such projects as projects for primary industries, energy projects, and public transportation projects, etc. by market management, and public management, etc.. And thirdly great encouragement to arouse interest in technological innovations friendly with the environment in waste disposal, etc..

Abstract: Low-carbon development has been well recognized as a strategic option for the transformation during the socio-economic development in China. As a symbol of highest level of research and development, high-tech eco-industrial parks are playing an important role in response to climate change and the trend of low-carbon development, to maximize the low-carbon development potentials and bridge a unique and feasible solution to low-carbon development. This paper explored the factors affecting the development of high-tech eco-industrial parks using Logarithmic Mean Weight Division Index (LMDI)index analysis and Kaya equation, and summarized these factors as economic growth, industrial structures, energy efficiency, energy structures and carbon emission coefficients.
