Abstract: As the progress with all kinds of mixed-mode signal circuits, the requirements of power management become increasingly stringent. Therefore it takes all kinds of high-performance linear regulator to produce a very clean and stable voltage. Here cascading technique is used to increase the output impedance in this architecture. The output voltage is less susceptible to variation of input voltage, resulting in a clean and stable voltage which is used the operating voltage of internal circuits in a mixed-mode signal integrated circuit chip. This paper using the TSMC 0.35μm CMOS 2P4M process to implement the design of high PSRR LDO regulator, having chip area, 1.34 mW consumption power. The chip supply voltage can from 2.9V to 3.3V with -106dB and -65dB PSRR at 1KHz and 100KHz, and its output voltage can stable at 1.2V and less than 2.4mV ripple voltage at maximum loading current 20 mA.

Abstract: This article has systematically summarized the recent research situation of control rod system in China and comparatively analyzed the features of a variety of control rod drive systems on a basis of brief introduction of common types of control rod drive system. It has been proposed to that the hydraulic control rod drive system have a great potential in a wide application concerning on ships, warships power reactors and protable desalination system.

Abstract: In order to realize the sensor signal acquisition and analysis of data, according to data acquisition system design ideas of the PCI bus, applying to CPLD complex programmable controller and CH365 interface chip and combined with the actual needs of data collection ,designed a kind of low cost, high speed process controller. CPLD realizes data cache control and the control of reading. This design can gather 16 roads analog signals and real-time pulse signal of 8 roads on the same time, which includes a 16-bit digital output channel and a 32-bit counter, could be used in the real-time control.

Abstract: Because of the data acquisition system is more and more wide application range, involved the signal source and the type of more and more of the requirement of measurement, more and more is also high, the domestic now has quite a few data collection system and measurement, but many systems are simple function, and acquisition channel, the sampling rate is low, less complex operation, and higher requirements for test environment. People need a wide application range, high performance/price ratio of data acquisition system. In this paper, the main content is the use of ARM9 processor C2440A primarily controller series 3, design an embedded data acquisition system. Using ARM9 chip do microprocessor design remote data acquisition system, through the embedded Linux system video data collection USB cameras, the JPEG compression coding, ARM9 chip control data acquisition by most industrial environmental restrictions for collection system that has a large capacity of the storage and wireless forwarding function. This paper to S3C2440A as the core, with A piece of FPGA and A piece of Ethernet CS8900A controller for auxiliary to realize the digital parts of the system hardware, analog part two way by the A/D acquisition, variable gain amplifier and basic amplifying circuit component. The system also realize the SD card memory function and various interface such as serial ports and JTAG mouth. In the software of realized in development platform on Linux system of transplantation, separately from the Bootloader transplantation, Linux kernel transplantation and root file system, the establishment of the three are expounded. And completion of the A/D converter, SD card and CS8900A in the drive design under Linux, and finally the data acquisition, storage design and forwarding program.

Abstract: In order to reduce the ripples of flux linkage and torque for direct torque control (DTC) and ensure constant inverter switching frequency, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) DTC based on space vector modulation (SVM) and extended Kalman filter (EKF) is researched in the paper. Simulation results have shown that the inherent advantages of fast dynamic response of DTC are maintained, and flux linkage and torque ripples are effectively reduced. Speed is estimated accurately, and sensorless operation is realized.

Abstract: A highly heat-dissipating and high-voltage SOI-LDMOS power device is proposed. Its substrate was selectively etched, like the Camsemi SOI, so breakdown voltage was decided only by lateral breakdown voltage. A p-type layer and a Si3N4 buried layers were introduced into the new structure for lowering specific on-resistance and temperature. The simulation results show that breakdown voltage is 747 V at the 37 μm length of the drift region, and specific on-resistance and maximum surface temperature are reduced by 94.48% and 15.43% than those of Camsemi SOI, respectively.

Abstract: This paper proposes a control strategy,based on the grid voltage oriented vector control (VOC), which makes three-phase inverter control the active and reactive power of grid-connected inverter under the premise of the direct current control. This paper analyzes the principle of three phase photovoltaic grid connected inverter and describes the control structure of the inverter. The control strategy can overcome the deficiencies of the indirect current control scheme. This paper designs the current closed-loop control system, which not only improve the system dynamic response speed and output current waveform quality, while also reduce its sensitivity to parameter changes to improve the robustness of the system. The simulation results show the validity of control strategy proposed.

Abstract: For deeper research of effective harmonic suppression, this paper studies on the main circuit, working principle and detection for referential current of generalized active power filter (GAPF). The generalized dq0 orthogonal transformation of detection algorithm is used based on generalized harmonic theory, and then applied in three-phase asymmetric system in this work. According to the theoretical analysis and simulation results, the adopted detection algorithm is of high accuracy, high real-time performance,and simple algorithm. Thus, such detection algorithm has broad prospects.

Abstract: The development of street lamp control system has set a higher demand of more energy-saving and more effective which urges us to research the data transmission method based on Power Line Carrier between lamps and control center.By analyzing the influences on power line channel and signals burdened which produced by high harmonics and pulse interference from power supplies,we designed the active power filter fitted our demands.Besides, object oriented design method has been taken,combined software calculation and emulation,having effectively avoided complex computations in analogue filter design.

Abstract: By the research of highway accidents, a automobile collision avoidance intelligent system was designed and a reasonable minimum safety distance model was developed .The main control unit hardware of the system and the functions of all software modules were given. By the experiments, it is an effective solution to controlling distance between vehicles, and drivers gain the response time.
