Abstract: According to the features of distribution network, this paper designed the implementation scheme of load transfer decision assistant system. Based on the load transfer path search method and expert system method to analysis the load transfer path, the economic index and safety index evaluate function was established by the switching times , the grid loss, impulse current, load rejection and off-limit value. Through the economic security indicators, the feasibility and risk of load transfer scheme was determined.

Abstract: The accsess of large numbers of new energy and the difference of application requirements make information more huge and complex, different application system and different grid link has also a different protocol standards,All these make the visual display of information, unified modeling for power grid automation become complicated and trival. This article according to analysis the power grid stability and control theory, from the power grid stability and controlling ,the needed information and IEC61968 / IEC61970 / IEC61850 and other international standards are analyzed, and propose a power network information classification method, and get a power information classification, accord with smart grid construction and new energy access requirements. It can effectively direct building of power automation control model, control information interaction. Provide foundation support for grid unified modeling and the method of unified describe model.

Abstract: Analyse the electric energy metering production mode and data characteristics of production and dispatching platform mode under intensification mode. Put forward a method of data partitioning by archived data zone, real-time data zone, sampled data zone and business-management data zone. Form the device’s owner identification by device table number shifting strategy and realize the high-speed data retrieval between every two of the zones by using the index of device to monitoring dot and main table retrieval. This strategy has been used in developing provincial production and dispatching platform of STATE GRID and raised the operating efficiency of the platform.

Abstract: With the rapid development of world economy, energy security and environmental issues become increasingly prominent. And smart grid turns into the common choice for the global power industry to respond to future challenges of power grid. Combining with the development experience and research results of smart grid at home and abroad, the paper discusses the driving force, connotation and related technical area of smart grid from the three levels of government, enterprise and users, from a new perspective to try to answer the questions: "Why should we develop smart grid", "What is smart grid", and "how to develop smart grid".

Abstract: For the increasing development of smart grid and the basic requirements of smart substations for digital information, networked communication platform and standardized information sharing, it’s very necessary to do research on the merging unit, which is the important equipment in process layer of substations. In order to adapt to the development of smart substations, according to IEC61850-9-2 standards, a new merging unit based on dsPIC30F6014 and STM32F107 is designed in this paper and each function module is designed and analyzed. DsPIC is responsible for data receiving and processing and the controlling of logical state. STM32F107 is responsible for the synchronization of merging unit and Ethernet communication. Time-synchronization based on IEEE1588 precision time protocol is especially introduced in this paper.

Abstract: To achieve a smart converter station, an on-line monitoring system for converter transformer is needed. Furthermore, it is the requirement for transition of maintenance strategy from ‘time-based maintenance’ to ‘condition-based maintenance’. This paper proposes a configuring of converter transformer on-line monitoring system based on the principle and application of on-line monitoring system for transformer, and the characteristics and operating environment of converter transformer. Architecture of converter transformer on-line monitoring system is also proposed on the basis of the 3-layer & 2-net structure applied in new smart substations and reconstruction. The designed scheme is suitable for transformation or new of smart converter transformer on-line monitoring system, which with good reference significance and application value.

Abstract: In view of the problem of low detection precision exists in traditional quantitative detection system of broken wire for steel rope, the paper proposed a design scheme of quantitative detection system of broken wire for steel rope based on RBF neural network. The RBF Neural Network was introduced to establish the model of discerning quantitative broken steel wires. Experimental results showed that the method performed well in the identification of damage.

Abstract: In this paper, a micro-grid power dispatch network is built up, and a real-number-coded genetic algorithm is adapted and proposed to solve the bi-objective dispatch problem, which is to minimize both fuel cost and production cost simultaneously. By using hybrid factors, we turn the two objectives into a single one, and then solve it by the improved genetic algorithm. Test results show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: As the most efficient way of connecting distributed generations which are mainly based on renewable resources to the power grid, the microgrid has been in fast development in recent years. The paper is based on the summary of the present situation of research on microgrid all over the world and the key technology urgently to be solved, and then the advantage and the necessity of developing DC microgrid is analysed in terms of components as well as operation and control of microgrid. At last, an AC/DC hybrid microgrid structure is proposed according to the present circumstances in the distribution network.
