Abstract: This paper explores information service system for manufacturing industry cluster from case of Wuhan Manufacturing Industry Informationization Productivity Development Center. Technology and information service for manufacturing industry cluster is an entity comprised of government, social group, economic entity and individual person. It focuses on information requirement from manufacturer, import/export enterprise, distributor, and supplier. The information includes manufacturing resource, technology, market, employment and policy which needs to be searched, processed, produced, stored, analyzed and released. The system provides information service and consulting service, and then makes new service system according to feedback from customers.

Abstract: Applying SIFT algorithm in 3D scene reconstruction can improve the system accuracy. Firstly, the paper analysed the characteristics of SIFT algorithm. Then 3D scene reconstruction process was introduced briefly. At last, the experimental images were matched by SIFT algorithm, and a suggestion value bound was given by comparing the matching result of different nearest ratio. The experimental results show that matching by SIFT algorithm has excellent accuracy, and it can be further applied to the 3D scene reconstruction system.

Abstract: The system is constituted by the multi-point temperature sensing device in site, the GPRS wireless communication module and the temperature monitoring center. The data acquisition and processing of the temperature is achieved by the low-power and high-performance microcontroller MSP430F149. Based on the GPRS module controlled by the microcontroller serial ports, the temperature data is transmitted to the remote monitoring center through the link consisted by the GPRS network and the Internet. The establishment of the data listening and receiving in the monitoring center is through the Socket. The temperature data is saved in the Access database and database developed using Visual Basic, which enhances the effectiveness of the database management.

Abstract: According to Hamilton theory and the concept of Kinetic energy, lumped mass matrix of three-node beam element based on positional finite element method (FEM) is deduced. By concentrating the mass at the three nodes of beam element, the lumped mass matrix is characterized. When dynamic analysing, lumped mass matrix is simpler and more common than consistent mass matrix because lumped mass matrix is diagonal matrix, and calculation work is less under the same calculation precision.

Abstract: Today in the world, most of robots for drainage pipe only are used for in-pipe inspection. At the same time, they are not easy to control and with high price. According to this phenomenon, put forward a design of a drainpipe robot which can realize the function of inspection, cleanout and draining. Have done the research for the overall design, especially on the robot control system based on stm32. The design is a novelty with several functions, brings a new project to the development and research of drainpipe robot.

Abstract: It presents a method to predict and optimize the electroless plating process, and to compare the predictive ability of the network to the experimental results. It combined with the neural network and orthogonal experiment and used a small step searching method to optimize the chemical process of plated Ni - Co-Fe-P on carbon fiber within the scope of the process parameters, got more optimized process recipe: the temperature is 88°C, ratio of the main salt concentration is 0.46, the concentration of sodium citrate is 46 g/L, and the pH value is 9.03, the concentration of sodium hypophosphite is 24 g/L. Through validating with experiments, the error between them is 2.39%, the linear correlation between the method of calculation and experimental program of the target is very good, and the correlation coefficient R =0.99943 which indicated that the training results are reliable and the BP neural network optimizing the process recipe is indeed feasible.

Abstract: For promoting competitive advantages, many companies seek new ways to decrease costs in global markets. Information products contain more functionality, and their developments are continuous process to meet customer requirements. Developers have to manage and control a range of technology and increasing amount of product data. This research selects an old established enterprise named T-company in Taiwan as the subject. We found out 21 theoretical critical success factors (CSFs) from 6 case studies via three research and development departments of T-company. We pointed out 10 most important CSFs should be the critical point before and during the product data management implementation, which can be a reference model to executives of related electronic businesses.

Abstract: Planetary gear reducer is one commonly gearbox used in ROV thruster. In optimization design of planetary gear reducer of ROV thruster, a lot of uncertainties affect the reliability of gear reducer. In this paper, evidence-based design optimization (EBDO) is proposed to handle the planetary gear reducer design under two types uncertainties and first-order reliability method (FORM) is used to calculate reliability of the planetary gear reducer performance functions. Finally, an engineering example is used to illustrate the proposed model to design planetary gear reducer of ROV thruster.
