Abstract: On-line detection method for automobile frame side rail process holes is proposed in this articled. It is achieved by virtue of machine vision technology detection method. Many images captured by CCD camera are processed and analyzed to finally complete the automatic detection of automobile chassis frame process holes. Machine vision technology is applied to achieve the on-line detection of machining quality of frame side rail mounting holes. The developed detection system prototype has very high detection accuracy.

Abstract: Based on the character of Autonomous Mobile Robot the hardware and software for intelligent fire-fighting mobile robot are designed with EXP ATmega128 as the controller. Moreover, we assemble and test the intelligent fire-fighting mobile robot. In the test the actions of intelligent fire-fighting mobile robot are readily controlled and the robot shows stable gesture during walking. It can avoid the obstacle promptly, detects the site of fire sources accurately and does fire-fighting successfully.

Abstract: In order to study on the kinematic characteristic of a light vehicle suspension system, the kinematic simulation model of the whole double-wishbone independent suspension was built using ADAMS software. In order to reflect the actual running condition of the vehicle, the random excitation of the test platforms of the left and right wheels were created, respectively. The variable regularity of the kinematic characteristic parameters was uncovered in the process of the suspension motion. The irrationality of the suspension guiding mechanism design was pointed out through simulation and analysis, and the existent problems of the guiding mechanism were optimized and calculated. The results show that there is small variation of the front wheel orientation parameters before and after optimization, and all of them are within the design requirement ranges. The variation of the WCD (wheel center distance) and FWSS (front wheel sideways slippage) are bigger, and still within the ideal ranges after optimization. The anticipated optimization goal is achieved, and an important basis is provided for the improving design of the light vehicle suspension.

Abstract: We researched and developed the composite polymer materials and products from them, working in conjunction with raw-cotton. It is established that the production of friction pairs of working parts of machines (pegs) made of developed composite polymer materials increases their efficiency and durability to 2.0 -2.2 times.

Abstract: Pulsating vacuum sterilizer uses AT89C52 as the core and acquires the temperature signal and pressure signal inside the sterilizer by pulsating vacuum sterilization principle, through the SCM analysis operation, with Fuzzy control algorithm, and sends out control signals, thereby realizes the pulse vacuum sterilization. System has the functions such as the parameter settings, real-time parameter display, parameter over-limit alarm, shortening the work period on the premise of ensuring the sterilization effect, sterilization time is shortened by 2/3 compared with the conventional high pressure steam sterilization, reduces the damage to a sterilized material, and has a higher performance-to-price ratio, a safety and reliable system operation, with important application value for the practical sterilization.

Abstract: Numerical simulation method was used in this paper and 3-D structure of model was established with Pro/Engineering. It is evident that the efficiency of electric-bag is related to internal fluid field. The internal fluid field characteristics (pressure field, velocity field, turbulence field and particle tracks) are obtained by the numerical simulation soft called Fluent, the result show that airflow distribution could be improved obviously by the flow deflectors in electrostatic precipitation area. And the distribution of DPM in filter area is non uniform, which would lead to various damage on bags and affect the operation of electrostatic fabric filter. All these work have important significance for the study of new dust removal technology, developments of high performance precipitator, reduction of dust pollution and control of air pollution as well.

Abstract: Accurate modeling of the nonlinearities of control valve is vital for the simulation and design of control system. In the literature, the data-driven modeling approach is most widely used. This paper proposes a discrete-time rule-based model, which is an extension of Choudhury's model. Simulation results show that the model outputs are consistent under different patterns of valve inputs.

Abstract: Distributing conditions of velocity, pressure and pressure loss of the airflow were displayed by conducting finite element analysis on cyclone separator, and the formation of the secondary flow and the relationship between secondary flow and particle separating were analyzed, these work lead to conclusions that the secondary flow has direct relationship with the turbulence intensity in cyclone separator, the larger the turbulence intensity is, the easier the secondary flow is brought out, and that the secondary flow will cause the phenomena of short circuit, back mixing and re-entrainment, which will involve the material into the exhaust pipe and exert bad influence on the separating effect.

Abstract: Based on partial conjugation principle, revised machine tool adjustment parameters and processing parameters which can make big gear and small gear be in points conjugation meshing progress are obtained after the cutting tooth plan and rough gear parameters of spiral bevel gears in a heavy vehicle main driving system were determined. Ideal gear contact spots are gained by gear contact area rolling experiment, which show that calculation theory and methods above-described are practicable and effective for improving meshing quality of spiral bevel gears in heavy vehicle main driving system.
