Abstract: To measure whether the environment parameters reach the optimum condition to plant growth, an effective design scheme of measuring and gathering temperature and humidity is proposed. Freescale MCU MC9S12XET256 is used as the control core. The temperature sensor DS18B20 and humidity sensor HS1101 are used as well. The measure results are sent to MCU and displayed on LCD. The program is compiled by CodeWarrior integral development environment. Experiment result states clearly that this system can monitor environment temperature, humidity very well and has alarm function. It has practical value.

Abstract: Under the background of a larger marketing system in the State Grid Corporation of China, it is very important to change the system of electric bills collection and erect more convenient means for the users to pay the electric bills. This paper researches the way to pay the electric bills from the users’ side and establishes the evaluation model by the analytic network process (ANP). Finally, the best ways to pay electric bill can be sorted out. The 7 ways of electric bills payment in a city of China is used as a case to demonstrate the applicable of the model. Consequently the way of electric bills automatically deducted by banks is welcomed.

Abstract: Two sets of comparative experiments to evaluate the performance difference between the untrained and the trained subjects are presented. In the experiments orientation information were transmitted into the given tactor vibrating of a wearable vibrotactile display waist belt consisting of 12 tactors. The results show that subjects could receive vibrotactile information better and faster after training.

Abstract: According to the problem that the concrete realization process of cloud manufacturing service mode was researched not enough, the process of manufacturing capability semantic modeling and intelligent service matching was studied in cloud manufacturing platform. Firstly, the properties and characteristics of manufacturing resources and demand were analyzed; then intelligent matching algorithm based on ontology semantic similarity was put forwarded, this algorithm comprehensive the advantage of semantic distance, properties, structure and examples four kinds of similarity algorithm, multistage matching, step by step refinements, realized the intelligent matching of supply and demand. Finally, the supply and demand intelligent matching process was build, based on analyzing the manufacturing resource and demand attributes and characteristics.

Abstract: The smart grid promises a more efficient way of supplying and consuming energy. As an important part of smart grid, the electrical substation consists of many smart devices supported by the intelligent MIS integrated with the technology of internet of things (IoT). In this paper, we design an Intelligent Substation asset Management System (ISMS) based on RFID technology. ISMS includes two subsystems: Asset inventory query Management System (AIMS), asset Tracking Management System (ATMS). Moreover, we also propose a novel collision algorithm which can effectively address the intensive equipment recognition issue and a series of model for the asset inspection. The operation shows our solution can effectively sense the environmental object and monitor the substation assets.

Abstract: Algebra Equivalent Observer (AEO) is a derivate due to the nonsingularity of state in linear system, and also an observer usually applied in practical engineering projects. For the rapid calculation of what the parameters of AEO having effect on control system. Taking great inertia system as object to analyze relationship between a simple matrix J of Jordan standard type and its algebra equivalent system called as matrix block JBS of Jordan standard type in broad sense. A simple calculation method of the transform matrix P is given, in which P is used in JBS=PJP–1. Some simple methods of design and debug to control system can be got during expanding the application scope of the method in process of parameters setting of the observer.

Abstract: To ensure the safe operation of the grid and take interest of each control area into account, it is very important to consider what criteria should be used to assess interconnected power systems. In this paper, referring to the CPS criteria proposed by NERC and standards of China's Central China Power Grid CPS assessment, combining with the actual grid of Hubei Province, a criteria for power generation performance assessment and analyses the impact on the economic interests of the Hubei Provincial Power Company are proposed. Meanwhile, deep study has been done on the impact of optimal scheduling of real-time balance when CPS is executed.

Abstract: The establishment of a unified distribution network system model is the basis of smart distribution network research. Based on the topological analysis of the distribution network description model established in accordance with the Common Information Model (CIM), this paper proposes a general topology basic contraction function by analyzing connection model and node characteristics. Taking distribution network branch line contraction as an example, this paper makes a detailed description of the network analysis process using operation basic contraction function. In practical applications, for different scenarios and functional requirements, appropriate objective function should be chosen to determine the reasonable contraction principle, thus promoting the use of the basic contraction function for network simplification.
