Abstract: This paper studied the asymptotic behavior of a class of nonlinear functional differential equations by using the Bellman-Bihari inequality. We obtain results which extend and complement those in references. The results indicate that all non-oscillatory continuable solutions of equation are asymptotic to at+b as under some sufficient conditions, where a,b are real constants. An example is provided to illustrate the application of the results.

Abstract: With the development of information technology in power industry, information security of the distribution automation system is facing increasing challenge. To meet the device authentication demand and the limited resources in power distribution terminal, the concept of distribution terminal fingerprint is presented according to the physical and behavioral features in terminal. And then, an ultra-lightweight mutual authentication protocol based on the message authentication code algorithm is proposed. The message authentication code of the messages sent by both communication parties is calculated with the distribution terminal fingerprint as the key to achieve mutual authentication of the terminal and the master station without any cryptosystems. Finally, security and performance analysis is given. The results show that the proposed protocol can provide mutual authentication of the communicating parties, resist several attacks with small amount of calculation and simple protocol. Therefore, it can meet the resource requirements of the distribution terminal.

Abstract: As we all know, statistical inference of linear models has been a hot topic of statistical and econometric research. However, in many practical problems, the variable of interest and covariates are often nonlinear relationship. The performance of the statistical inference using linear models model can be very poor. In this paper, the statistical inference of a nonlinear regression model under some additional restricted conditions is investigated. The restricted estimator for the unknown parameter is proposed. Under some mild conditions, the asymptotic normality of the proposed estimator is established on the basis of Lagrange multiplier and hence can be used to construct the asymptotic confidence region of the regression parameter.

Abstract: Path planning has always being one of the most significant study fields in Small UAV researching. And Model Predictive Control (MPC) is a special strategy in obtaining the control actions which were achieved by solving a finite horizon optimal control problem at each instant. The paper advanced a novel method which was called Model Predictive Path Planning Strategy (MPPS) based on MPC to deal with the SUAV path planning problem and a responding predictive planner was put forward to generate an effective path for SUAV in simulative urban environment. The results of the simulation show that the advanced method can be used to plan path for SUAV.

Abstract: The monitor system architecture in ternary optical computer (TOC) was discussed. There were some important modules, such as the client, network communication module (NCM), data preprocess module (DPM), operation-request scheduling module (ORSM), optical processor allocation module (OPAM) and the embedded system in the architecture. And the communication protocols between these modules were analyzed and designed. At the same time, the functions of the modules were introduced.

Abstract: The application of Controller Pilot Data Link Communication (CPDLC) in the training for air traffic controller is investigated. CPDLC is a data link application that allows for the direct exchange of text-based messages between a controller and a pilot. It greatly improves communication capabilities compared to traditional voice communication, in terms of reducing communication errors and pilot workload, improving the efficiency of airspace management and providing economic benefits. As traffic volume in the airspace becomes saturated, it is necessary to adopt CPDLC as the primary communication method and air traffic controllers should be trained accordingly. In the presented work, the features of CPDLC are introduced as well as the structure of CPDLC system is illustrated, and a novel framework for training air traffic controller with CPDLC system is proposed. It is seen that air traffic controller can be trained with lower workload, fewer mistakes and more flexibility using CPDLC system.

Abstract: Recently, artificial immune system (AIS) inspired by the theory or immunology, has been developed rapidly and steadily. In this paper, we proposed an affinity based complex artificial immune system model considering the fact that the different eptitopes located on the surface of antigen can be recognized by a set of different paratopes expressed on the surface of immune cells. The experiment on trademark retrieval is performed to prove that the model proposed model has an excellent performance on retrieving the trademark images and outperforms the previously proposed algorithm.

Abstract: Visual concept detection is a functional way to detect, manage and classify visual information. No matter it is image retrieval or video retrieval, the system can distinguish object and scene concepts by learning image descriptions itself. However, when the viewing conditions is different or the viewing points is changed, all these will lead to a various result of the image description which collect by the system. So an effective visual concept classification methods should be invariant to different and accidental recording circumstances or conditions. This paper has analysis and summarize the current research status and detection methods of Visual concept detection technologies. Including such methods: salient point detection; social tagged images as a training resource for automated concept detection; extracting distinctive invariant features from images; cross-domain kernel learning method for visual concept detection, etc. And in the end, this paper seeks to unravel the effective when using MIR Flickr in visual concept detection. After comparasion, we want to find the advantages and disadvantages of these typical methods, and hope to give a valuable reference to the following researchers who is interested in visual concept detection and classifications.

Abstract: Multidisciplinary collaborative optimization (CO) is a multi-level optimization algorithm, which include system-level and academic level. Because these are many complications in Engineering, it will exist the fuzzy in Discipline-level optimization devices. If the impact of discipline-level ambiguity was ignored, it will lead to some big errors in the system optimization. In order to solve this problem, this paper introduced the optimal fuzzy satisfaction into multidisciplinary collaborative optimization design, and made it as optimal targets of sub-discipline optimization devices. Then a method of multidisciplinary collaborative optimization base on Fuzzy Satisfaction was get., which can solve the fuzzy problem in multidisciplinary collaborative optimization. Meanwhile this paper used this method in multidisciplinary collaborative optimization of torpedo, and compared the results that was get by this method with the results which was get by the method that did not base on the fuzzy satisfaction, finally get the conclusion that the method is fit to Multidisciplinary collaborative optimization of torpedo.

Abstract: This paper study the acoustic signal characteristics of coal and rock mass under uniaxial compression by the tests of acoustic emission(AE),which obtain the variation of AE counts and energy.Compressing on original data use wavelet analysis, and extracting the characteristics of signal with the wavelet sym-basis,then decomposing and remodeling the wavelet coefficients, the negative singularity degree indicators of adjacent scales can be got.The results showed that the wavelet transform modulus maximum used to identify the negative singularity degree can achieve the position of the frequency changes point of the acoustic signal, which is of certain guiding significance for prediction of the uniaxial compression process.
