Abstract: Steady-state measurement value is the calculation premise of state estimation. However, power grid operates more often under dynamic state in actual practice. Thus, applying measured data from SCADA in state estimation directly lead to the incorrect and inaccurate calculation result. Based on the premise of state estimation calculation, the online electrical measurements and sampling methods are analyzed, and the deviation between real electrical values and sampling data is calculated. The cooperation problem between SCADA data and state estimation is proved using MATLAB/Simulink Software.

Abstract: Remote monitoring system of construction machinery equipment is of great significance to successful industrial and agricultural production. Based on the result of intelligent machine fault detection, we have succeeded in collecting remote data of machine tools, conducting the global positioning of machines and real-time recording of the fault information and wireless transmission by making use of the GPRS network technology and the GPS technology. As a result, we can realize a remote real-time monitor of machines which are paid by installments and meet the comprehensive management requirements for machine tools

Abstract: The Trusted Virtual Environment Module (TVEM) is a new mechanism for rooting trust in a cloud computing environment. The TVEM helps solve the core security challenge of cloud computing by enabling parties to establish trust relationships in a cloud computing environment where an information owner creates and runs a virtual environment on a platform owned by a separate service provider. This paper detailed discusses the TVEM used in the cloud computing environment.

Abstract: By combining instantaneous optimal control (IOC) and iterative learning control (ILC) , a new hybrid control strategy called ILC_IOC was established. The new hybrid control strategy was derived from the error model of state-space equation and the instantaneous quadratic form of performance function. During the period of control, control forces ware first obtained from traditional instantaneous optimal control, and then, modified by the iterative learning control, during the process of modifying, the amplitudes of control forces were modified. The Benchmark II model was selected as the model for simulating, and the N-S component of the 1940 El wave was selected as the input load. Results of the numerical simulation indicate that, comparing with traditional instantaneous optimal control, the new hybrid control strategy shows to be more effective.

Abstract: Reactive power optimization is a typical high-dimensional, nonlinear, discontinuous problem. Traditional Genetic algorithm(GA) exists precocious phenomenon and is easy to be trapped in local minima. To overcome this shortcoming, this article will introduce cloud model into Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (AGA), adaptively adjust crossover and mutation probability according to the X-condition cloud generator to use the randomness and stable tendency of droplets in cloud model. The article proposes the cloud adaptive genetic algorithm(CAGA) ,according to the theory, which probability values have both stability and randomness, so, the algorithm have both rapidity and population diversity. Considering minimum network loss as the objective function, make the simulation in standard IEEE 14 node system. The results show that the improved CAGA can achieve a better global optimal solution compared with GA and AGA.

Abstract: In this paper, a robust image watermarking method with one-dimensional improved S transformation is proposed which is robust against geometric distortion. This watermarking is detected by a linear frequency change. The chirp signals are used as watermarks and this type of signals is resistant to all stationary filtering methods and exhibits geometrical symmetry. In the two-dimensional Radon-Wigner transformation domain, the chirp signals used as watermarks change only its position in space/spatial-frequency distribution, after applying linear geometrical attack. But the two-dimensional Radon-Wigner transformation needs too much difficult computing. We propose a modified Gaussian window which scales with the frequency in an efficient manner to provide improved energy concentration of the S-transform. The proposed scheme can resolve the time-frequency localization in a better way than the standard S transformation. The watermark is embedded in the 1D improved S transformation domains. The watermark thus generated is invisible and performs well in test and is robust to geometrical attacks. Compared with other watermarking algorithms, this algorithm is more robust, especially against geometric distortion, while having excellent frequency properties.

Abstract: To reduce the impact of intensity inhomogeneity to image segmentation, a region-based level set (RBLS) model was proposed in this study. Its energy functional consists of four terms: local term, area term, length term and penalty term. The proposed model utilizes both global image information and local image information, and by using the local image information, the image with intensity inhomogeneity can be efficiently segmented. In addition, the global implementation of our RBLS model is introduced. It can detect all of the targets in the image. The experimental results showed that the proposed model can segment the image with intensity inhomogeneity efficiently, which is better than that of CV model.
