Abstract: Development of the railway information and intelligent systems has been progressing greatly but in isolation, research on interoperation with information system would solve existing problems in informatization of railway. Through research of construction status of railway information system in china and requirements analysis of interoperability system, we design and build the railway emergency rescue command system and give the hierarchical structure and logical structure of the system.

Abstract: This paper presents the simulation of gold wire bond shear test. The stress and strain response of the gold ball bond during wire bond shear was examined. The simulation was done using a A 3D non-linear finite element model. The effects of the shear ram height on the stress and strain response of the gold ball bond were investigated. The results of the simulation confirms that shear ram height has a significant effect on the von mises stress and equivalent strain response of the gold ball bond during wire bond shear test.

Abstract: A method which combines UV spectroscopy, guest–host chemistry and principal component regression (PCR) was proposed for determining the enantiomeric composition of DOPA samples. The calibration models were developed from UV spectral data of a series of samples containing DOPA with different known enantiomeric compositions by using PCR. The obtained model was subsequently validated by determining the enantiomeric composition of a set of independently prepared samples. This method shows high sensitivity for determining the enantiomeric composition of DOPA. When there is 5.00 μM DOPA in the samples, the enantiomeric composition of DOPA can be accurately determined.

Abstract: Regional eco-efficiency is regarded as a relative concept. It could be presented the relative eco-efficiency with the change of economy and environment. That means it could not the optimal compared with the predicted optimum in the future. It would be a basis of policy decision making of local governments according to identify the life cycle stage of current regional eco-efficiency. As a beneficial supplement of the eco-efficiency measurement, this paper set up a DEA Neural Network recognition model which can effectively analyze and identify the current relative eco-efficiency of a regional. The empirical research shows that the phenomenon of forecasted value “floating upon” has been restrained effectively. It is an obvious advantage that this method is showed as a method of fast convergence, accurate identification, extensive application and promotion value in practice.

Abstract: It is well-known that China is a textile production and export country, especially in Zhejiang and Hangzhou province, the textile industry is well-developed with tremendous amount of application of textile machinery. This paper is about the design of rapier textile machinery with programmable logic controller, including five major functions: opening weft, leading weft, fighting weft, warping and coiling off weft. It has accomplished the function of detecting a broken weft while leading weft, while the signal of detecting is completed by store, and the function of broken warp while warping. PLC Programmer of S7200 Siemens CPU224 is used.

Abstract: In this paper we consider stabilization control of a magnetic levitation system by state-PID feedback. First, a linear model that represents the nonlinear dynamics of the magnetic levitation system is derived by the feedback linearization technique. Then, the state-PID feedback control developed from the linear model is proposed. Results are compared between the conventional state feedback technique and the proposed method. The proposed control scheme introducing an integral element to work with the gain can effectively eliminate the state errors. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method for disturbance dampening and stabilizing the system.

Abstract: As we know, quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) are currently the most advanced electrically pumped semiconductor lasers, which emit radiation due to intersubband optical transitions in semiconductor superlattices. Also, quantum cascade laser is one of the best alternatives for reaching the terahertz frequency by semiconductor structures. In this paper, in order to engineer the QCL, effects of Raman inversion as an optical nonlinearity process in active region (QD Hetero structures) of the THz laser has been investigated by using Launda-type three-level system. This would allow suppression of thermally activated optical phonons scattering processes. At the first, the three level QD is designed, where we have considered three Al0.48In0.52As/Ga0.47In0.47As QDs in z direction with the layer sequence of 4/1.5/4/3.5/4 in nanometers. Then, by rate equations in steady-state condition, the laser gain has been calculated.

Abstract: Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is one of the crucial technologies that realizing the information integration for the enterprise, and its function modeling is the base of MES design and implementation. Basis on the analysis of the business process in mechanical blanking workshop and the functional requirements of MES system, the IDEF0 method was adopted to construct the function model of MES system oriented to mechanical blanking workshop, and a detailed description of the function modules and their relationship was given, which laid the foundation for the software development of the MES system.

Abstract: this paper presented the study on fan speed control on heat detector technique using Zigbex wireless Sensor Network. The updated wireless application technology called Zigbex wireless sensor network (WSN) is used to simulate the system to control automatically the fan speed. The wireless sensor network will be based on the temperature warmth which reaches at a circumstances heat. This system could be used for the road tunnel fan control system. In wired road tunnel fan control, the system requires high cost installation fees for proper wiring for a large scale implementation. The used of Zigbex WSN platform is to substitute wired sensors and actuators. Measurement level of temperature that used to control the right amount of power could be supplied to the tunnel fan. A NesC program of TinyOS was used where two levels of output is controlled which are for 100%, and 50% duty cycle of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal. Observation of the sensor node that can detect the change in temperature has also been highlighted in this study. Results obtained from the study indicated that Zigbex Wireless Sensor Network is a successful technique for controlling the fan speed on heat

Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the effect of antenna location on aerodynamic and acoustic parameters. In order to study this, five different antenna positions are considered. The chosen positions are based on the common situation in actual cars. The finite volume numerical method is used. The obtained results show that the location of antenna at the trunk, perpendicular to the surface, produces the minimum noise.
