Abstract: After analyzing and reviewing the short-term forecasting methods research of pork price at home and abroad, a chaotic neural network model based on genetic algorithm (CNN-GA) was put forward according to the nonlinear characteristics of pork price,which established on the base of the chaotic theory and the neural network technology. Chosen the daily retail price data of the pork (streaky pork) from January 1, 2008 to June 11, 2012,we designed the basic structure of CNN-GA, and thentrainedit in order to attain the trained CNN-GA model. Finally, the trained CNN-GA model was used to predict the 20 days’ (from June 12, 2012 to July 1, 2012) retail price of pork (streaky pork) and then compared the predicted price with the real price to test the model’s forecast accuracy and application ability.The result shows that the model has high prediction precision, good fitting effect and hasan important reference and practical significance for the short-term price forecasting of the pork market.

Abstract: This paper developed a Portable Agricultural Product Holographic Market Information Collection Terminal (APIC) which collected the holographic market information of agro-products, to address the issues such as undeveloped agricultural information collecting method, nonstandard collection criteria,imperfect classification and coding, as well as the lack of information collection device etc.. In the APIC system, there are two industrial standards on agro- product information collection embedded technology, and GPS positioning, integrated together with the general packet radio service(GPRS) and 3G mobile communications technology, making use of component development technology and embedded development technology, in order to achieve the standardization of data collection, instant transmission, and intelligent processing, and eventually to enhance the ability of integrated perception, decision-making and control in terms of monitoring and early warning of agro-products market price.

Abstract: This paper has analyzes evaluation index system, the weight of the expressway construction implementation control system and Performance of implementation control system in a key expressway construction project. The corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are given. The goal of this kind of performance appraisal method is clear and the maneuverability is strong. It has good stimulative effect for real-time operation, control and adjustment of implementation control system in expressway construction project implementation.

Abstract: For problems, such as evaluation model selection is not appropriate and accuracy of the assessed value is low, exist in the reliability assessment of mechanical and electrical product, we propose a comprehensive reliability assessment process for mechanical and electrical products. In this paper, we discuss methods of reliability data collection and collation first. Then, criteria of preliminary screening for failure data are established. Furthermore, considering that life cycle of product is characterized by varied environment and varied population, it gives the method and steps for reliability assessment of produces. In addition, the process is used in the reliability assessment of products, and the calculation result illustrates that the process can be successfully applied to engineering practice. The process proposed in this paper provides a technical means for model selection in reliability assessment of mechanical and electrical product, and serves as the theoretical guidance for reliability validation and reliability design of product.

Risk Analysis for Utilizing Cloud Computing - In Perspectives of Legality, Hardware and Non-Hardware
Abstract: There is little objective, scientific research focused on evaluating the loss exposure that results from cloud computing. In this study, a modified Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process were employed to identify and evaluate risks of cloud computing. The findings of this study are: (1) Loss exposures attributable to Jurisdiction, Burglary, Natural disaster, Normal wear and tear or malfunctions are characterized by high frequency but relatively low severity. (2) Loss exposures attributable to Privacy, Damaged or spoiled by employees intentionally or accidentally, and System vulnerability can be addressed through insurance. (3) Risks generated through Agreement or contract, Social engineering, Mistakes made by employees intentionally or accidentally, and Cross-cloud compatibility are characterized by both high frequency and severity.

Abstract: The present work illustrates the procedure to simulate computationally the continuous casting process of metals.This is the most popular method to produce metals ingot without interruption. This procedure is useful to cast metals and alloys such as steel and aluminum.The algorithms have been developed to provide appropriated and efficient tools for reading data and display the simulation on the screen using a graphical user interphase(GUI).Analysis of the industrial processing allows to test and correct probable situations avoiding problems and risks;moreover computer simulation allows to identify critical aspect of the kinematics procedure and evaluate productivity.

Abstract: Of the advanced composite materials for aerospace structures such as aircrafts and space devices, the carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) is applied to many sectors that require lightweight materials for its high strength and stiffness. One of the disadvantages of the CFRP, however, is that it is weak against impact. In this study, impact test specimens were manufactured with five fiber stacking angles (0°/0°, 0°/15°, 0°/30°, 0°/45°, 0°/90°) according to ASTM D7136[15], and a falling weight test was performed to analyze the correlation between their mechanical and thermal characteristics. As a result, the impact energy applied to the five test specimens with different fiber stacking angles was almost constant at 30.63 J - 30.78 J. The absorbed energy increased with the increase in the fiber stacking angle, and decreased after 0°/45°. The average temperature on the fractured surface increased with the increase in the fiber stacking angle in all specimens other than the 0°/0° specimen.

Abstract: Systematic analysis and decision analysis are a synthetic research aspect which combines control science, computer science and network technology. Systematic analysis and decision analysis are applied in industry control system because of its efficiency and high reliability. This paper reviews similarities and differences between systematic analysis and decision analysis. Based on the basic theories and composition of systems, this paper introduces the key problem of systematic analysis and decision analysis. It greatly improves the system efficiency and automatic level drastically finally, the future developments of two methods are outlined.

Abstract: Aiming at solving the problem of correcting barrel distortion of image, this paper concluded the common correction algorithms into three types which include Affine Transformation, Two Degree Polynomial Transformation and Polar Coordinate Transformation, and introduced the basic theory of each of their representative algorithm. Then, analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of them according to the correction experiments. At last, pointed out the research directions and difficulties of this field. In conclusion, Polar Coordinate Transformation is the most appropriate method to correct barrel distortion image, and the improved algorithm based on Polar Coordinate Transformation is more flexible to work out current difficulties of this aspect.

Abstract: This paper aims to control a nonlinear uncertain system using the neural network backstepping technique by way of the following steps: the first one consists in localizing and modelling the unknown nonlinearities depending upon non-measurable states which in their turn subjected to uncertainties as well as external constraints, the second step is to design a suitable control law to overcome either the uncertainties and the external constraints. In short, this work comes down to solve a non linear and uncertain problem with some external constraints, so the suitable solution to this problem is the use of an adaptive backstepping control capable of eliminating the system uncertainty, attenuate remarkably the effect of the external constraints and reduce the uncertainty approximation errors. All these things are performed using the neural-network technique associated with the backstepping one, i.e., the use of the neural network backstepping approach to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor.
