Abstract: This paper proposed a new method of rolling element bearing (REB) fault diagnosis for metallurgical machinery. Mainly it stresses on the combination of spectral kurtosis (SK) and supports vector machine (SVM), using genetic algorithm (GA) to optimize the parameters of support vector machine at the same time. Thus, this study aims to integrate SK, GA and SVM in order to develop an intelligent REB fault detector for metallurgical machineries. Simulation study indicates that this method can effectively detect the REB faults with a high accuracy.

Abstract: In this paper, a fractional differential-based approach for CT image enhancement is introduced. This approach uses a group of fractional differential masks, which are generalized from the one-dimensional digital fractional order Savitzky-Golay differentiator, to process the image and a max-saturation strategy is designed to enhance these processed images. Some experiments are used to assess the performance of the proposed fractional differential-based image enhancing algorithm, and the results demonstrate that the proposed enhancing method is able to achieve a good tradeoff between the feature enhancement and texture preservation.

Abstract: Every control theory has its advantages and shortages. It is difficult to adopt single control theory or method to solve technical problems of complex control system. Taking asymptotically tracking and disturbance rejection of complex controlled object as an example, the Reference is to explore noetic method of control science, and approve the control ideas of broad the nonlinear control system performance indicators Receiving the thought of metasynthetic engineering, a generalized intelligent control system has been designed by fusing manifold control ideas, which is beneficial to bring colony wisdom into play and is accordance with opening great system study pattern, and is expansible. There has presented sufficiency conditions and proves of the system stability, and salience effect has been acquired in engineering practice.

Abstract: Before the large capacity and engineering image is analyzed carefully, which need to be effective scaled. The subsequent analysis and calculation to engineering image is subjected by image quality and scaling time. According to scaling research of large capacity engineering image, the effect for image scaling by various interpolation algorithm is individual analyzed, and more appropriate algorithm is selected. The experimental results show that the engineering image of best effect is got, when it is high-expansion scaled by double cubic interpolation, and the bilinear interpolation is more suitable for low multiple scaling image.

Abstract: It is difficult to get satisfied effects using conventional instruments to control the caloric value of the mixed-gas. A hybrid intelligent control strategy is presented in this paper in order to solve the coupling problem that exists between the calorific value control and pressure control. This strategy partitions the whole control system into gas–pressurized machine’s post pressure control loop and control loop of pressure decoupling .In the former decoupling control loop, in order to realize the stability of the calorific value and restrain the fluctuation of the mixing pressure, a decoupling controller is designed by combining the fuzzy control and the expert control. The result of real-time control showed the method obviously enhanced the control accuracy and reduced the undulation of pressure and calorific value and fulfilled the request of customer.

Abstract: The software reliability failure data is the foundation of the software reliability’s quantitative evaluation based on the failure data, and it has an important influence on the accuracy of reliability evaluation. But there are always noises in the original software reliability failure data and make the reliability evaluation accuracy affected. This paper put forward the collecting method of reliability failure data and data preprocessing method including data cleaning and data analysis method, which based on the analysis of the importance and the source of failure data in the software reliability testing and the classification of software failure data. Finally through an example, it displayed the reduction of data noises and the promotion of data quality which produced by the preprocessing methods.

Abstract: This paper studied on the information key technologies which were applied in quality & safety monitor and management of agricultural products and pointed out that the important role of the information technologies. The rapid detection technology included of three aspects: quality inspection (machine vision, near infrared spectroscopy, electronic nose etc), pesticide residue detection (ELISA, biosensor and Raman spectra etc), and producing environmental monitoring (mainly used x-ray rapid measurement of soil heavy metals etc), using of these technologies, some advanced new detection systems and devices to be developed gradually. Referred to auto identification technology, the common technologies of bar codes and RFID were introduced. They were widely used in the building of an agricultural products quality & safety traceability management system, which could cover production, processing, circulation and consumption etc whole process, and is helpful in agricultural products recall. In the system or platform of quality and safety agricultural products, network technology and database technology were applied to supply and demand inquiry, tracking and other function.

Abstract: Constructing a high-fidelity surrogate model to optimize production process is often required to meet the requirement of manufacturing process programming ,one of the most popular techniques for the construction of such a surrogate model is that of Gaussian process surrogate model. In this paper, the development of a gradient particle swarm optimization is described, which aims to reduce the cost of this likelihood optimization by drawing on an efficient adjoint of the likelihood, and improve the precision of the model. A multimodal benchmark function was used to test, show that the tuning strategy can provide an accurate Gaussian process surrogate model. Based on LHS ,Gaussian process surrogate model (GP) and gradient particle swarm optimization algorithm (GPSO), a optimization model which is used for improving the quality of Al profile welding is built and utilized to obtain optimal multi-parameters of Al alloy profile extruding processes and moulds. Optimal solution is validated by experiment.

Abstract: Aiming at the petrophysical facies recognition, a novel identification method based on the weighted fuzzy reasoning networks is proposed in the paper. First, the types and indicators are obtained from core analysis data and the results given by experts, and then the standard patterning database of reservoir petrophysical facies is established. Secondly, by integrating expert experiences and quantitative indicators to reflect the change of petrophysical facies, the classification model of petrophysical facies based on the weighted fuzzy reasoning networks is designed. The preferable application results are presented by processing the real data from the Sabei development zone of Daqing oilfield.
