Abstract: Existing two-terminal fault location method can not be directly applied to the three-terminal transmission lines, this paper presents a new PMU-based fault location algorithm for three-terminal transmission lines. The development of the algorithm takes advantage of PMU measurement data synchronization, uses distributed parameter line model, first of all judging the fault zone after a failure, uses Thevenin's Theorem to merge the non-slip fault, so the three-terminal system is simplified the two-terminal system, Then we can use the two-terminal fault location principle of fault location. Through MATLAB simulation shows the correctness of the algorithm.

Abstract: A threading program based on genetic algorithm, is proposed for the protein fold recognition problem. Proper algorithm is designed in which genetic operators can be effectively implemented, and a more realistic energy model is adopted in this work. The performance of the genetic threading method is tested on a standard fold recognition benchmark, and the results show that the genetic threading method has good alignment accuracy and fold recognition ability. The analysis of the results demonstrates the rationality of our energy model.

Abstract: The TOPSIS method is developed for solving the problem of fuzzy multiple attribute decision making, in which the attribute values take the form of triangular fuzzy numbers. A new distance for triangular fuzzy numbers is introduced to measure difference between two alternatives. And we apply the similarity degree derived from the new fuzzy distance to design a model of TOPSIS. Then, we utilize the TOPSIS method to aggregate the fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, and rank the alternatives according to their relative closeness. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the proposed approach practicality and effectiveness.

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of particle swarm optimization, a random particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed on the basis of analyzing the search process of quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm. The proposed algorithm has only a parameter, and its search step length is controlled by a random variable value. In this model, the target position can be accurately tracked by the reasonable design of the control parameter. The experimental results of standard test function extreme optimization and clustering optimization show that the proposed algorithm is superior to the quantum particle swarm optimization and the common particle swarm optimization algorithm in optimization ability and optimization efficiency.

Abstract: According to color characteristics of insulator ,The paper is based on HSI model and Mean Shift algorithm in order to segmentation insulator images. It firstly introduces theory of mean shift algorithm, then explains morphological processing with edge detection algorithm to extract the insulator images contour. Last using Hough transform to obtain the segmentation results. Experiment indicates that VC6.0 combined with opencv simulation the proposed algorithm could effectively extract segmentation of insulator images provides the basis for follow-up determination of insulator faults.

Abstract: All kinds of operations to the wells data from Daqing oilfield, oil wells data and user information, which are included in the management system of perforation information. Traditional network password authentication is very easy to be rent asunder. The results show that user authentication based on OpenID is one of high safety levels and better network authentication patterns, the safe and new network identity authentication method is required, which could effectively prevent the leakage of oil wells data and user information, phishing, network deception, hacker’s crack and so on.
