Algorithm of Dynamical Pulse Rate Based on Comparison of Slope Summation

Article Preview

Abstract:

In the process of measuring human pulse rate, the motion of the measured object often make the pulse wave deformed and even distorted, which affect the precision of pulse rate seriously. To solve this problem, this paper proposed a new method for dynamical pulse wave calculation based on the comparison of slope summation. Collect pulse signals using GPTS(General Purposed Test Auto System), and search the peak with appropriate window width and step size . Adopting comparison of slope summation to identify the main peak of pulse, judging effectively and correcting the pulse rate within probability . Simulation and error analysis are proposed for statical and dynamical situation in this paper at last. The experimental results show that this method is generally applicable to dynamical detection , and the precision meets the national metrological verification procedures JJG 760-2003 .
