Abstract:

As a great heavy industry province, Liaoning manufacturing industry plays a pivotal role in terms of the Social Economic Development. During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, How to promote the Positive Interaction between the Science and Technology Service Industry and manufacturing industry and realize the integration between industrialization and Information Technology is a significant historical task the Liaoning need to resolve. Based on the direct consumption coefficient, using the clustering analysis technology .his paper discusses the contribution of Science and Technology Service Industry to manufacturing industry and improvement space for providing advice in promoting the technical Transformation of manufacturing industry, optimizing Industrial Structure and realizing economic transitional development .
