The Establishment of Prophase Innovative Management System in Nuclear Power Project

Abstract:

In recent years, like many other countries, the Chinese people pay close attention to development of nuclear power. After learning the history of the development of the nuclear power, we learn some lessons and experiences. Therefore, we put forward some innovative ideas for nuclear power development. We advocate ”one center, longitudinal integration” thought to build information system for innovative management system in order to improve the management efficiency.
