Abstract: According to the status and characteristic of affordable housing projects, this paper applies traditional ideal solution and gray correlation analysis, which to establish affordable housing projects performance evaluation model based on TOPSIS and gray correlation analysis. First, formulated the scoring rules to determine the indicator weight and the ideal solution and negative ideal solution, and then established affordable housing projects performance evaluation equation. Then, according to the characteristics of affordable housing projects, we established performance evaluation indicator system. Finally, by conducting an empirical analysis, proved the validity of the model.

Abstract: In this paper, we proposed a simulation methodology for evaluating the performance of CO2 Emission (CE) and Investment Value (IV) of Green Roof shape Integrated Photovoltaic System (GRIPV) of a Wooden Detached House using GA. CE and IV acting as evaluation indices were studied. It is an analytical comparative study of searching for efficient GRIPV by maximizing IV and minimizing CE simultaneously. Three typical locations in Japan are taken into account: Sapporo, Tokyo and Naha. We achieved optimal Pareto curve of each location.

Abstract: The historic volution, value cognition and condition analysis of two survived ancient bridge sites on Bahe River are carried out in the paper based on the field survey of the sites and their setting. Under the developing of modern urbanization, the background environment of ancient bridges has been changed greatly and faced severe test. Considering the urgency and reality, it is necessary to research ancient bridges structure and to explore and think the approaches of conservation and demonstration of the sites.

Abstract: Wuhan,which is hot in summer and cold in winner climatic region,lies in the east of Jianghan Plain.High temperature and high humidity is characteristics of the city.Thus,it’s vital to strength the natural ventilation of building.Simulation for the situation of wind in Wuhan a certain university in this paper,which take average meteorological element for many years in Wuhan to be initial condition.Selecting Fluent Airpak to conduct flow field Simulation Analysis in the process of calculation.posing problem which exist natural ventilation design universally,according to experimental data,and give tactics to solve it,aiming at utilizing natural wind more effectively and more rationally,and creating comfortable indoor and outdoor thermal environment.

Abstract: After the choice “to be or not to be” of the historical building had been decided, the incoming challenge question is how to make these buildings of old era to be well kept in modern times, which lead to the renovation issue of the historical buildings. The relationship between new and old becomes a new focus in design. This article will state the notion of Transparency, and then try to utilize it as one of the means in design by three aspects: material, function and space. Moreover, the author would analysis the application during the conservation and renovation, and emphasizes the importance of Transparency in harmonizing the new and historical buildings.

Abstract: As a typical representative of Huizhou architecture, ancient houses of Anhui Xidi show ancient residential living environment with its integrated primordial form. Excellent artistic attainments is displayed by unique ancient architecture and decorations. This paper introduced residential characteristics, morphological structure and cause of formation of the Ancient villages in southern Anhui, to clarify the influence of architectural morphology to village development.

Abstract: The research on residential units proposed residence requirements to adapt to all kinds of families in different periods of life in the new century, through multi-faceted, multi-angle understanding of the requirements of the users in the course of life of living space,including analysis of dynamic characteristics of living life on family structure and life, learning about the use of existing residential. Abstract: This article discusses the ecological value of the pit house which lies in Shan xian county San Menxia in the respects of planning and site selection ,spatial organization ,material structure as well as energy utilization ,through the fact-investigation and interviews .The article starts from the aspect of construction technology ,and indicates the ecological strategy of the pit house ,hoping to provide some reference significance in the design of the modern living buildings .
