Abstract:

The emission testing equipment fixed on ground stationary vehicle can’t be used in moving vehicle, the question is that the radial size of the eddy current retarder is too big, so raising the detection table-board will cause that the detection vehicle can’t be in and out of the test bench. And the other question is how to protect the testing instrument and how to transport the instrument. By reducing the radial size and increasing axial size of the eddy current retarder (Keep the absorption power unchanged) reaches to reduce the height and the center of gravity of the detection table-board. By a box installed testing instrument, both sides of the panel can be open to the fold station as a lead plate in order to solve the problem that the detection vehicle can't pass in and out of test bench. The switch-type ceiling can open up when testing and pack up when transporting in order to be back from the rain. It reaches the goal that the whole testing equipment can be moved by using ordinary vehicle.
