On Matching the Outlook on Development of Modern Science and Technology with the Establishment of a Harmonious Society

Abstract:

To advance with the times is the intrinsic properties of Marxist outlook on science and technology and the new outlook on science and technology in the scientific concept of development is the updated sublimate of Marxist outlook on science and technology. The outlook on development of modern science and technology is of an advanced kind and it is also an outlook on development which unifies laws of scientific and technological development with science and technologys satisfying in itself the demands of a society. At the present time, building a well-off society in an all round way and establishing a harmonious society in China is facing up to new situations whereas establishing a harmonious society needs a new outlook on development of science and technology matching with such a practice.
