Abstract: Copyright information is modulated and embedded into the wavelet domain of original image of digital literature in digital library with generalized matched filter receiver (GMFR), which is an optimum receiver. Because of the good performances of de-noising and whitening to non-stationary noise of wavelet transformation, a GMFR scheme of copyright protection for digital library only can be detected by authorized people. Numerical results show that the proposed copyright protector with GMFR in wavelet domain is effect and is also better than some traditional methods.

Abstract: Now the existing access networks have not met the requirements of users, especially the increase of wireless access requirement. So the upgrade or reform of the existing access networks becomes very necessary. To begin with, the technology and network structure of GPON and WLAN are introduced in detail, and then how to combine GPON and WLAN in the engineer is also illustrated clearly. According to the common cases in the engineer, two access ways of GPON+WLAN are also shown. Finally, the summary about the GPON+WLAN is discussed in the paper.

Abstract: This paper put emphasis on discuss some peculiarity of UML apply method of object-oriented design on B/S software system. And then based on the analysis of rational unified process, modeled B/S mode image processing software system with visio 2003 modeling tools; with iterative and agglomerate modeling scheme of UML, the framework of image processing software system, which set up the base of this system, and a scheme of B/S system modeling is hold and arranged.

Abstract: Man and machine Positioning System of Underground Coal Mines in the Iron Mine Exploitation of Loufan Ludi Mining Limited Company is based on the ZigBee Wireless Communication Technology. It realizes the effective management of the precise positioning of Man-machine and the workers. This article describes the composition of the system, the performance and management of content and network formation. The application practice shows that the underground man-machine positioning system based on ZigBee technology has played an important role in the underground personnel information management and security hedge. Such system could better meet the needs of the mine safety management and there is great prospect of application of it.

Abstract: The characteristics of P2P VoD (Video on Demand) system, such as low cost, great scalability and high quality of service, make it become the research hotspots and development trends of current network applications, while content distribution policy is one of its key technologies. To solve the problems of data scheduling strategy priority and node performance discrepancy in content distribution, the influences on scheduling policies of network performance information, the degree of content scarcity and playback emergency were studied. Based on the investigation, the gradient model based content distribution strategy is proposed. Distributed gradient model based strategy, sender startup strategy and receiver startup strategy were introduced to make each peer merely interact with parts of peers to reduce the collisions caused by the load balance. The experimental results show that gradient model based content distribution strategy improves the delivery speed and reduces the network load.

Abstract: For the system with two sources, three relays and one destination, cooperation network convolutional code scheme is presented to solve the relay sharing problem. The scheme searches out convolutional code corresponding to system model, and then decides relay coding structure. Outage Probability analysis and BER simulation show that 3-order diversity is achieved.

Abstract: Over the last decade, an increasing number of firms are undertaking actions to reduce their environmental impact. As information technology and information systems have permeated most business activities, they offer an important opportunity to solve the environmental problems. Green information technology and information systems (ITIS) have become one of the latest considerations to reduce energy consuming of IT operation and business operation. This paper makes a definition of green IT and green IS based on the prior literature, and concludes the three aspects of green ITIS adoption motivations: regulations, competitiveness and ecological responsibility. Next, the paper explores the role of business strategy in the process of green ITIS application, which can be classified into proactive strategy and reactive strategy. Finally, the paper proposes a green ITIS adoption model including the factors of business strategy, and three aspects of green ITIS motivations under the instruction of technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework.
