Abstract: The paper deals with the problem of controlling the outlet temperature of a tubular heat exchanger system by means of flow pressure. The usual industrial system behavior must precisely be modeled and appropriate control action needs to be obtained based on novel techniques. A new multiple models control strategy using the well-known linear generalized predictive control (LGPC) scheme has been proposed in this paper. Then the best model of the system is accurately identified by an intelligent decision mechanism (IDM) which is organized based on both new recursive weight generator and fuzzy adaptive Kalman filter approaches. Simulations are all done and the results are also compared with those obtained using a nonlinear GPC (NLGPC) approach that is realized based on the Wiener model of the system. The results can verify the validity of the proposed control scheme.

Abstract: This paper puts forward the unique design, through the research by solar panels, battery, the converter and photovoltaic power generation system composed by switch electrical, and according to the characteristics of solar panels and batteries, the actual situation and the requirements of a stable system, the battery charging and discharging control, etc. Then this paper further researched control strategies of the two kinds of operating mode of electric power grid and battery from nets, designed a converter of rated power 50 kW used for light storage complementary power generation system and light storage complementary test platform. Using the test platform to do the storage battery charging and discharging experiments and away from the grid experiments, the final experiment results show that the hardware design and the control strategy in this paper are proposed correctness and effectiveness.

Abstract: This paper presents analysis and experiments for Generalized Predictive Control (GPC) algorithm based on software simulation. First, we illustrate the time invariant GPC algorithm in detail. Then, we describe the principle for the control parameter selection of GPC based on empirical results. The Recursive Least Square (RLS) algorithm will be used to identify model parameters in the self-tuning GPC. The performance of GPC algorithm is validated by simulation results, which show that the algorithm has rapid and accurate dynamic responses for input signals, such as step signal and square wave. When the model parameters are unknown, with the assistance of RLS, the self-tuning GPC algorithm also presents good performance and robustness capability, even when white Gaussian noise exists.

Abstract: The key technology of variablespeed constantfrequency (VSCF) brushless doubly-fed generator (BDFG) was getting the maximum power under the variable wind speed by adjusting the rotor speed of the induction generator according. Wind turbine systems had many uncertain factors with strong nonlinear multivariable with and disturbances. Based on the prototype of wind electricity conversion system (WECS), a new maximum power point tracking control which is realized by self-adaptive controller strategy for variable speed constant frequency wind generation system has been developed in this paper. A experiment platform of a 8kW laboratory variable speed constant frequency wind generation system controlled by TMS320LF2812 and TMS320VC33 was developed. Experimental results show that the system can operate at the expected points in the wide range of wind velocities and realize the control of maximum power point tracking very well.

Abstract: This paper proposes a kind of design and realization method of real time control system that based on the Windows real time extension module RTX, which can meet the requirement of six-freedom Stewart platform control system to the real time. The design of the control system was divided into real-time layer and non-real-time layer according to the requirements of various functions to the real-time, and the data communication was realized by means of inter-process communication mechanism. The analysis conclusion to experiments data indicates that the control system is stable in operation and good in real-time performance.

Abstract: Considering the power balance control in two motors driving shearer, a novel multi-motor power balance control scheme based on ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) is presented. The scheme avoided to modeling the control model of the coal mining machine and could meet the demand of the control system and prevent individual motor from overloading. In MATLAB, use the filed data to simulate and the simulation verify the proposed scheme is valid.
