Abstract: This paper is concerned with the performance evaluation of algorithm of multi-target and target types tracking. Performance evaluation is based on information theory, Kullback-Leibler measure is used to discriminate information provided by algorithm. Through simulations, algorithm of multi-target tracking was evaluated in term of information (localization, classification, and target number components) the algorithm provide about the actual state of ground truth.

Abstract: Driver is a communicated program between the operating system and hardware. It is the responsibility of handling I/O request packet. Keyboard filter driver which used Windows NT driver model is completed in DDK developed environment. This driver realized filtering and recording key information. Its convenient for users to view information of keyboard history. The design of this driver can also be studied for other Windows drivers.

Abstract: To takes advantage of the convenience of Android smart phone, this paper has researched and designed the meetings check-in system based on it. With the SQLite database background to store users check-ins, the system can import and export the attendance data easily to implement manual meeting check-in function. Meanwhile, this paper has researched the automatic check-in function which is based on the premise that the conference room is covered by WI-FI network, and proposed one algorithm for the attendance personnel position. The experiments show that check-in system running well.

Abstract: Timely and intuitive display of network service state has very important value for network management.In this paper,a display mechanism based on Server Push is proposed and implemented.The mechanism implements the real-time and visual display of the network state changes through dynamic awareness of network state and state projection method of active updating state to the Web browse,which implement situational awareness of network service state.At present, C/S mode or the Web way with plug-in is adopted to obtain the network object status changes information, compared to which the mechanism in this paper can achieve better real-time response.

Abstract: According to the theory of underwater acoustic spread and circular piston transducer array, the mathematical model for the directivity of array is created. By means of MATLAB, the accurate expression method for the figure of array directivity is studied, and the characteristic and difference of the simulation curve in various direction are analyzed. It is shown by the application that, to a certain extent, the conclusion has practical value and guide meaning for the directivity simulation and design of the array.

Abstract: In order to render 3D virtual environment more realistically, one often needs to generate spherical image model real-timely. In this article, schemes to accelerate the process are proposed, in which two aspects of efforts, visibility detection and multi-resolution technique, are involved. Experimental results are also included to validate the algorithm, which exhibits that using visibility detection in conjunction with multi-resolution technique can significantly reduce the amount of computation and hence accelerate the generation process.

Abstract: When Internet has been becoming a platform of all kinds of resources sharing and integrating, service computing can just satisfy this kind of computation. When the users needs and the running environment change frequently, the original structure of the composite service should be rebuilt and reconfigured to need these alterations. Since the availability and the reliability of service composition will not be guaranteed, the correctness of service composition evolution must be verified. In this paper, a formal model-WSPN was presented to describe service composition evolution, WSPN can express the structure of service composition and also can simulate the evolving process of the composite service. In order to keep the evolving correctness of Web service composition, an algorithm was provided to verify the composition relationship between both component services, in this way, the reasonable relationship can be obtained. Finally, the concluding remarks and the future work were pointed out.

Abstract: With the rapid and effective development of social economy, all departments make an increasingly greater demand on statistical work. However, for a variety of reasons, all circles have been questioning the data quality of statistics departments. Specific to deficiencies of statistical work, this paper presents the basic thinking via which the distributed computing is applied to implementing statistical work under cloud computing. Besides, it compares the differences between ordinary cloud computing and distributed computing in the implementation process. Eventually, it mentions the development prospect of the application of distributed computing in statistical work under cloud computing.

Abstract: Aiming at solving the low efficiency and low quality of the existing test paper generation algorithm, this paper proposes an improved particle swarm algorithm, a new algorithm for intelligent test paper generation. Firstly, the paper conducts mathematically modeling based on item response theory. Secondly, in the new algorithm, the inertia weight is expressed as functions of particle evolution velocity and particle aggregation by defining particle evolution velocity and particle aggregation so that the inertia weight has adaptability. At the same time, slowly varying function is introduced to the traditional location updating formula so that the local optimal solution can be effectively overcome. Finally, simulation results show that compared with the quantum-behaved particle swarm algorithm, the proposed algorithm has better performance in success rate and composing efficiency.

Abstract: Corpus refers to the database of language materials. Cool Edit Pro is a media edit software. This paper explores how to construct spoken language corpus, how to use cool edit pro 2 to make sound wave contrast and give the experimenters an intuitive observation from their own speech waveforms. The key is to offer the obvious waveforms contrast among the sampling waveform of the native speaker, the original and unmodified one of the experimenter and the new waveform of the experimenter after modifications and teachers instructions, which makes the oral autonomic learning more possible and scientific. From long wave or short wave, wave trough or wave crest, smooth wave or sharp wave, the experimenters deviations can be easily identified from the standard during the autonomic practices and efficiently make corrections. Additionally, experimenter also can observe the improvements frequently, which means this experiment more instructive.
