Abstract: With the increased popularity and deployment of WLANs, a major challenge is how to efficiently assign these available channels in order to optimize the network performance. In this paper, we design a testbed to analyze the effect of Channel Interference and RSSI in IEEE 802.11b PCF. We have observed that the performance of all hosts is subject to important signal fading and interference. We believe that the data collected by our experiments may be of interest to network designers who want to know the effective capabilities before their deployment.

Abstract: We aim to invent a supervisory control system of vehicles based on Java NIO. As we know, it needs to connect a large number of client terminals to accomplish the function of the vehicle supervisory control system and if the server is developed by the traditional blocking I/O, severe blocking problem will appear. To solve the problem, the traditional server has to distribute one thread for each client, which leads to system overload and reduces the servers high-performance. The new supervisory control system which we invent, however, can solve this problem effectively by the use of asynchronous input and output mechanisms provided by the new non-blocking I/O. The new server can manage a large number of socket communications with a single thread, reducing the system overhead and improving the servers performance.

Abstract: Word Report Toolkit is a LabVIEW-based Word format test report generation toolkit developed by the author. This paper briefly describes several methods to generate test reports under LabVIEW environment, introduces the structural composition and technical principle of Word Report Toolkit, provides the implementation program of test report generation system and the test report generation process, and demonstrates the application of this toolkit in test engineering through some examples. It is shown in practices that Word Report Toolkit is simple in structure, easy in installation, flexible in use, convenient in programming and operation, strong in versatility, and can also automatically generate Word format test reports including charts by the custom design of users under LabVIEW environment.

Abstract: Through researching the current application development system,We can discover many commercial programs are faced with a problem, namely the interoperatability with other programs. Maybe each enterprise’s system is developed with diffrerent language platform,but all application programs need to be integrated and change data.To combine each other’s heterogeneous platform which is independent, we must build a seamlessly integrated mechism between these heterogeneous platforms. This paper focuses on the related technology of seamless integration being set up by using Web Services. Through using two widely applied technology--HTTP and XML,we realize seamless integration between heterogeneous platforms.

Abstract: When extracting Web information, most researchers mixed the structure labels of DOM Tree with the text content. For solving this problem, we put forward a method of Web Information automatic extraction. Firstly, we get the set of DOM sub trees by partitioning the DOM Tree of the Web Page. Secondly, the nodes of all DOM sub trees are set the corresponding weights by the method this paper proposes. Based on this method, we get each set of different sub trees by comparing with the DOM sub trees which come from two the same data source and belongs to the same category. Thirdly, we get the data zone which contains the extracted information by computing the similarity of every two DOM sub trees in the set of different sub trees. Finally, the node path of every DOM sub tree in the data zone will be taken as the extraction rules which will be used to automatically extract the information from the new Web page of the same category. The experiment demonstrates that there are higher precision rate and recall rate. Meanwhile this method can save the time which the users spend on filtering the information.

Abstract: The efficient featureextraction and classification are very crucial for brain computerinterface(BCI) system. In this paper, feature extraction and classification forP300, a kind of EEG characteristic potential, was conducted. Afterpreprocessing EEG signals, we used autoregressive(AR) model for featureextraction, segmenting the selected EEG channel data and building AR model foreach segment respectively. AR model coefficients were estimated by using leastsquare method, and the estimated coefficient sequence constituted the featurevector. We applied support vector machine(SVM) for classification andexperimented on real EEG dataset. The experimental results showed the proposedmethod had a good recognition accuracy, being worth researching in the field of BCI.

Abstract: Feature extraction is a very important step in P300based brain-computer interface(BCI). Aiming at the large amount ofelectroencephalogram(EEG) data used in BCI, a method which combined quantum particleswarm optimizer(QPSO) algorithm with independent component analysis(ICA) technique was putforward for P300 extraction.It initialized several particles in the feasible domain of de-mixing matrix w, making them parallel search, andfinally reached the global convergence by the information communication betweenthe current particle and the global optimum particle. The method also optimizedthe search strategy using quantum computing to impelICA iterationto converge faster. It was test on real EEG datasetand a simple linear classifier was employed.The recognition accuracy arrivedat 94.5% with 15 times averaged. The results showed thatthe proposed method could extract P300 rapidly and efficiently.It provided a better way to research and develop BCI systemfurther.

Abstract: In todays information age, information is wealth, especially the rare but significant chance information for human decision making. And the significant chance information is usually gained by analyzing the scenario graph which is generated by processing the data with a data mining algorithm. So the data mining algorithm is critical to create scenario graph and to obtain valuable information from mass of data. IdeaGraph is a data mining algorithm that not only works on discovering rare and significant chances, but also focuses on uncovering latent relationship among them, it can generate a rich scenario graph for humans comprehension, interpretation and innovation. In this paper, an experiment about residential building development case is performed to evaluate the effect of IdeaGraph in this field.

Abstract: The theory of federal filter based on the Kalman filter is investigated in the design process, as well as the federal filter information distribution. Considering the advantage of parallel computing structure, the FPGA chip is selected and used to realize the IP core encapsulation and design of Federated Filter. The filtering speed is greatly improved to meet federal filter integrated navigation system. A group simulation experiments are conducted. The results shown that the filtering accuracy and filtering time of federal filter are both improved using the proposed method.
