Abstract: The component indicators of crude oil are very important in the field of oil transfer measurement. It is the parameters related to crude oil production. This paper describes a moisture/gas content of crude oil measurement system based on MCU and nuclear electronics. The measurement principle, the hardware circuits of the system and the analysis of the system error in the application process are introduced. This measurement system can realize non-contact continuous measurement, so it avoids pipeline corrosion environment on the measurement equipment. At the same time, it uses a low power MSP430F149 microcontroller chip, so it has high cost performance compared with similar measuring devices.

Abstract: Elliptic curve cryptosystem is used in the process of embedded systems, the selection and generation algorithm of the elliptic curve will directly affect the efficiency of systems. From Elliptic Curve's selection, Elliptic Curve's structure, Elliptic Curve's generation, this paper discussed the realization of a random elliptic curve method of Embedded Mobile Device, the SEA algorithm and its improved algorithm. The results show that this method can achieve a quick implementation of the elliptic curve method to improve the operating efficiency of embedded systems in the same security guarantees.

Abstract: Take the microcontroller MC9S08DZ60 which integrated CAN controller for example, the design of automotive electronic control unit was introduced, meanwhile shown the hardware structure and software design processes. This circuit has characteristics of simple hardware, low cost, high reliability, real-time. It has provided a scientific basis for the development of the CAN communication electronic control unit based on MC9S08DZ60 microprocessor.

Abstract: Embedded system is an important and popular application system for information technology. The applications of embedded system are depended on embedded hardware and software. In fact, applications of embedded systems have changed life of people in the world. They can be found anywhere, and almost can be used in every field. Since there are multiple definitions for the terminology, few people exactly know the concept of an embedded system. In this paper, some important concepts and definitions of embedded system are discussed and analyzed. The research is helpful to understand the embedded systems and apply them better.

Abstract: Based on the Gigabit Ethernet Protocol, the RF (Radio Frequency) power amplifier remote monitoring system was designed. The system collect digital signal from predistortion module, transmit the gigabit Ethernet network to outside, and improve the system efficiency. It adopts the SOPC technology hardcore and softcore, which makes the whole system realized in the single piece of chip. Softcore is the Alteras IP core--Nios II processor, design processors, make use of the custom parts and programs gigabit Ethernet transceiver and internal driving in processor. The integration and reliability of the system are in great improvement. Through testing, system function can satisfy transmission requirements of normal transceiver RF power amplifier state information and control information.

Abstract: Real-time VOD (Video on Demand) system is composed of a front-end processing system, a transmission networks, and a client. This paper focuses on the client software implement. It uses household STB (Set Top Box) with Hass hi3110e development platform, RTSP network protocol, and cable to control information, audio and video data transmission. The user client can start a request through cable television networks to achieve selection, storage, and playback the favorite programs anytime and anywhere.

Abstract: On the basis of GPS module, MP3 module and GPRS module, we aim at designing a bus station reporter developed by the interrupt system of ATmega128. This kind of reporter can make use of the rich interrupt sources provided by ATmega128 to accomplish the functions like receiving and sending the longitude and latitude data, announcing voice messages etc and deal with the reporter’s multifunction, which MCU cannot accomplish at the same time. In addition, the use of interrupt system can greatly simplify the programming, reducing its difficulty and at the same time, it is more convenient for the reporter to expand its functions.

Abstract: Morphology and characteristics of bubbles have an important effect on engineering applications of gas-liquid two-phase flow. To accurately describe the bubble characteristics, the bubble image processing system based on ARM9 is designed. System hardware is constructed with S3C2440 as the core. QT/Embedded and Qtopia are transplanted to the embedded platform, and the image processing application is developed using QT/Embedded, realizing a good human-computer interaction. According to the characteristics of bubble image, image processing algorithms are presented. The System has low power consumption, small size, and a good real-time performance and scalability.

Abstract: In recent years, video data acquisition and wireless communication are increasingly applied in the field of intelligent transportation and environmental monitoring due to its promising capability. A design of data acquisition and communication system based on embedded technology is proposed in this paper. The architecture is discussed, and the detailed design of the system is given including hardware and software solution. Chip S3C6410 and DM642 were considered as the core of information acquisition and processing. Acquired data was sent to database server on control center with integrating wireless mobile network (CDMA). Through the main page of the website based on LAMP technology, it can realize the remote access of sensor monitoring data and control the devices on the vehicle. It also supports the query of the historical records and download of the acquisition data to the client according to requests. Experiment results show that the working performance of the system is quite stable and can reach the design requirements in real-time data acquisition and remote control. Furthermore, the system has the characteristics of good expansibility, networking flexibility and low cost. The design gives a new way to collect the video data of environment instead of the traditional way using wires or manually.
