Abstract: To refer to Book of Changes and the complicated aspects of artificial intelligence, the paper holds that artificial intelligence study is a two-sided being. On the one hand, artificial intelligence study is a “conflicted” being, which concerns the universally acknowledged argument “Can Machines Think” and the “conflicts” of diverse probing approaches, taking Symbolism, Connectionism and Behaviorism for instance. On the other hand, artificial intelligence study is a “compromised” being, which implies that a variety of factors function spontaneously and together, regarding the communication of science and philosophy, the cooperation of the related disciplines, the transformation of theories and practice, the unity of computer and man as well as the facilitation of scientists’ research and the participation of society.

Abstract: This article summarizes the works about the design of a datamining tool based on statistical methods (Multiple Regression and Logistic Regression). Dataminig [1] is a science which uses mathematical and statistical methods to highlight the links hidden between two or several different variables. This science helps the leaders in their forecasts and in their decision-making. Among the numerous statistical methods used by datamining, only the multiple regression and the logistic regression are objects of a complete study in this work. Indeed, the Multiple Regression is the first mathematical method used in the implementation. It allows to clarify the variation of a variable with regard to the other variables apparently independent. However, the multiple regression gives answers in terms of numerical values such as 0 or 1. The logistic regression allows to clarify the variation of a binary variable (0 or 1), Exist or not according to the other variables. So, the logistic regression is an extension of the multiple regression. After the study of these methods, an implementation on a web platform (approachable application via a web browser) is proposed. Indeed, this IT application is intended to process millions of data for a company and to make simulations).

Abstract: In this paper, starting with the current security issues of the Ethernet data center, the author put forward the solutions for the secure data centers. The solutions are based on a security infrastructure, framed according to border protection, and The depth detection as the core of the secure data center solutions. It is apparent to penetrate the concept of security to the entire data center network design, deployment, and operation and maintenance.

Abstract: The wide application of audio and video technology is becoming more and more popular, involving the development of audio and video players, video conference, digital television, video on demand software, etc. This paper first studies and analyzes the structures of audio and video systems; then according to the analytical results, this paper expands the audio-video system by transplanting the FFmpeg framework, enabling it to support the parsing and decoding of a variety of audio and video formats. At last, this paper proposes the player development scheme by adopting the expanded audio-video system.

Abstract: The goal of knowledge discovery is to extract hidden or useful unknown knowledge from databases, while the objective of knowledge hiding is to prevent certain confidential data or knowledge from being extracted through data mining techniques. Hiding sensitive association rules is focused. The side-effects of the existing data mining technology are investigated. The problem of sensitive association rule hiding is described formally. The representative sanitizing strategies for sensitive association rule hiding are discussed.

Abstract: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Government departments and enterprises in Taiwan apply RFID universally in the fields of animal microchip, door access management, Auto chip of anti-theft de-vice, MRT Easy Card, parking lot man-agement, anti-counterfeiting and material management, but the multifunctional in-telligent card with integration of RFID applications has not been developed so far. If we can develop a card with integration of the functions which are closely related to people's daily life such as ID card, NHI IC card, fingerprint, E-signature and E-commerce (E-wallet), it will not only save time and money spent on applying these cards for people, but also will lower the governmental ex-penditure and achieve the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction. The previous studies mostly explore the factors affecting the user’s intention and behavior of RFID use from the initial beliefs (ease-of-use and usefulness) and attitude. For example, to what extent the knowledge, belief, attitude, perceived value, it deserves further exploration. To resolve the above problems, this study out differences from Social cognitive theory, Innovation Diffusion theory and Expectation confirmation theory, and establishes the theory model of the user's intention and behavior of using RFID continuously, which is also verified in this paper.

Abstract: HR data often include a great deal of confidential data about employees, such as employment records and benefit data, social security numbers, test and performance appraisal data, and succession planning, etc. So it should be conscientious in managing this type of data. The primary purpose of this article is to outline a framework for examining the impact of strategic human resource management (SHRM). We extend several strong theoretical perspectives that address prior shortcomings in the SHRM. We used a survey to examine intercultural sensitivity, organizational communication satisfaction, and organizational conflict management of employees in technical college. The results provide insights for the management teams of colleges, informing more effective training so as to improve employee communication effectiveness and achieve higher levels of communication satisfaction.

Abstract: Based on the Situated Cognition, the article makes an attempt to propose four principles for Flash educational gaming designs. It is pointed out that these designs are supposed to apply instruction assistance-oriented, reasonable instructional design, motivation inspiration-targeted, and natural integration of education and entertainment principles. Moreover, on the basis of the theory, the mutual relations and connotations of the relevant five designing elements of situations, rules, tasks, roles, and emotions are to be analyzed respectively. With the purpose to balance education and entertainment in the games, an original Flash educational gaming model will be accordingly constructed; meanwhile, new ideas for the design and development of educational games will be also expected.

Abstract: In order to construct a certain standard structure MRI (Magnetic resonance imaging) image library by extracting and collating unstructured literature data information, an identification method of the image and text information fusion is proposed. The method makes use of PHOW (Pyramid Histogram Of Words) to represent image features, combines with the word frequency characteristics of the embedded icon note (text), and then uses posterior multiplication fusion method to complete the classification and identification of the online biological literature MRI image. The experimental results show that this method has better correct recognition rate and better recognition performance than feature identification method only based on PHOW or text. The study can offer use for reference to construct other structured professional database from online literature.
