Abstract: YGD450 intelligent tobacco filling value tester is a new type of intelligent filling value apparatus which uses the new technology and new process development and production. It uses Chinese color liquid crystal display with good man-machine interface that the height measuring, filling value, variation coefficient, working state can be read on the screen; for it can be directly through the keyboard to set parameters, so it is simple operation.Meanwhile it has a self-diagnosis fault function, convenient repair and maintenance. It has a RS232 interface, so the test data can be uploaded directly to the host computer form statistical report, in order to realize the production of modern management.It has a very important role to improve quality, reduce cost, guide cigarette production process, evaluate cut tobacco and tobacco stem indicators .

Abstract: The fitting method is a basic method of computing power system dynamic security region (DSR) which uses orthogonal point-election method to determine directions when searching for critical points. It has high accuracy while its calculation speed is not fast enough for online application. In this paper, a directional rapid search (directional method for short) method is proposed. The directional method considers the approximate parallel property of different DSRs. It effectively reduces the computation time, since it only searches critical points in effective directions of the given DSR when searching for new DSRs. Through a case of IEEE 10-39 system, the results verify that the maximum distance and angle between the hyper-planes calculated by fitting method and directional method are 0.06341 and 1.8447°.

Abstract: The existing algorithms to calculate Dynamic Security Region (DSR) have been well developed, but the heavy calculation and large time-consuming hinder their applications. Based on Extend Equal Area Criterion (EEAC), this paper proposes a rapid method to calculate hyper-plane of DSR. Under a given fault, the critical clearing time can be calculated rapidly by using EEAC, then the corresponding critical operating point can be obtained. When enough critical operating points in different search directions are acquired, the hyper-plane of DSR can be obtained by least squares fitting method. Simulation on IEEE 4-11 system shows that the suggested method is fast, reasonable, and practical.

Abstract: The article analyzed electrical discharge path in the air. The model was simplified and the path was approximated by line segments. Discharge path was calculated in iteration method. Single trunk and multiple branches were simulated separately. Experiment result presented high similarity with the shape of real electrical spark. Dynamic computation would take some load to processer, several important parameters were provided for realization.

Abstract: In order to systematically and comprehensively study human gait law, the method combining motion capture with software simulation was used. Firstly, Motion Analysis, a passive optical motion capture system, was selected to collect the motion information of the volunteer walking on the flat ground. Secondly, according to the experimenter’s body segmental parameters, a model was established in LifeMOD. Thirdly, the collected motion data were used to set parameters and complete the inverse dynamics simulation for obtaining the gait simulation results. Finally, after processing and analyzing of the simulation results, the gait law of the experimenter was achieved. Through comparing the analysis results with the previous research results, the method of gait analysis used in this paper was confirmed validity. The analysis results provide reference for the understanding of human gait motion and joint force, and the verification results provide the basis for using LifeMOD to conduct gait simulation and gait law research.

Abstract: Through field test of LED and fluorescent lamp, the strengths of the former are contrasted and analyzed on its illumination, energy saving and consumption reducing, and life cycle cost based on the design standard of lighting, which proves that it has the operability to take LED as the light source for replacement in architectural lighting. Centering on the achievement of standard requirement of illumination, some feasible specific methods and problems to be noted are put forward.

Abstract: The configuration of LED street lamp is important for its high security and low cost requirements. The modular method is introduced to design LED street lamp with independent light source and heat dissipation structure. In the single module heat pipe technology radiator is used to improve the LED street lamp of the cooling efficiency. For the 60W LED module, the optical lens are designed with the angles of 60 ° and 30 ° respectively and the average temperature is 329 K on each observation sides of the module.

Abstract: Analysis of the structure characteristics of power plant direct air-cooled condenser automatic cleaning device. Abstract: The dynamic performance of the piezoelectric vibrator used in ultrasonic EDM machine in natural frequencies has a great effect on machining precision. Firstly, Through theoretical analysis the dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric vibrator is obtained. Then the three-dimensional model of the piezoelectric vibrator is constructed by using PRO/E software, and model analysis is carried by using FEM software. Through theoretical analysis and FEM simulation, the appropriate working frequency and mode of the piezoelectric vibrator was found, and the piezoelectric vibrator was fabricated. Experimented results show that the model analysis of frequency is accord with that of FEM.

Abstract: Based on the principle of the length unchanged and the principle of the area unchanged in the deformation zone, a mathematical model of the flange-forming prefabricated hole of hemispherical shell parts is established, for the difficult problem of designing the flange-forming prefabricated hole size for hemispherical shell parts. To solve the mathematical model, a numerical method and a software system for the solution of the mathematical model is established. The feasibility of the mathematical model and solving method is demonstrated by the simulation of the typical flange-forming of Hemispherical Shell Parts.
