Abstract: This paper has designed and produced an ac/dc permanent magnet synchronous generator which used in ac/dc power system independent. The design of the motor and the basic properties of the motor is discussed in this paper. In order to reduce the voltage regulation of the permanent magnet generator, installation of a soft magnetic material in the generator permanent magnetic pole tail, by increasing the motor load quadrature axis reactance drop improves motor voltage regulation. A prototype is made and test analysis, the generator voltage regulation rate of small, high efficiency, and the simulation result is consistent with the basic design to achieve the requirements.

Abstract: It is a problem to build Inter Satellite Links so that Region Navigation System has optimal performance. Therefore, the article puts forward an algorithm, which synthesizes the time of satellites accessed and the distance of satellites. And then it carries out a simulation in navigation system to certify the superiority of the algorithm. The experimental result shows that the ISLs can effectively improve the performance of navigation system. And comparing with the traditional Minimum Distance Algorithm, the proposed algorithm has the same effect on improving the performance of navigation system and needs fewer times of changing links.

Abstract: Using finite element (FE) method, this work established and comparatively analyzed the basic femoral head model, and six innovative femoral head models with different micropore surface distribution, aiming to explore the most rational surface morphology to have better effect on artificial hip implant. The inboard and outboard femur, the metal handle, and the femoral head’ stress responses were concerned. As the results showed, compared with type A (original femur head, with “smoothed” surface), the other six shaped femur head design all have reduced the maximal stress with different degrees. However, femur model surface type C arranged with 1mm-diametre distributed in three rows of micropore caused the best effect. Within the scope of the study, both micropore size and arranging way influenced the stress distribution at key components of artificial hip joint, especially the effect of micropore size exceeded arranging way of them. Based on the simulation results, it is proposed the whole rigidity of the artificial femoral head with microporous morphology, was reduced to some degree and therefore reducing the stress shielding effect, decreasing the possibility of embedded part being deformed or flexible, which is beneficial to improving life span of the prosthesis.

Abstract: This paper proposes a dual-mode modeling technology based on software- Computer Aided X Alliance (CAXA), and verifies the method with a belt conveyor as an example. The purpose of dual-mode modeling technology integrating innovation design pattern and engineering design pattern is to achieve a fusion between open design and accuracy design technology. Dual-mode modeling approach breaks single thought constraint owned by traditional parametric modeling, which has a strict relationship like father and son between part elements. By means of design example, this paper described the help that unique three-dimensional sphere functions only owned by CAXA give the solid modeling. This paper took belt conveyor for an example, introduced dual-mode modeling process and verified this approach. Combined with the help of the idea of modular design, this paper has accomplished assembly design of the driving motor module, roller device module and transmission device module. The results show that the design speed under the condition of dual-mode modeling can improve more than one time compared with the traditional methods, design error is greatly reduced and design efficiency is also greatly advanced.

Abstract: Most of the existing teapot need people control water, labour intensity of people is increased. According to the deficiency, Pure mechanical automatic teapot was designed. The teapot was mainly composed of storage device, holder, check valve, lever mechanism etc. Check valve was under Spherical surface contact . Check valve would be closed when the valve core got in touch with seal ring. Water outflow from the check valve when Valve core moved from down to up. The lever mechanism was designed in the base of teapot. Cup holder was designed on one side, tie rod which was welded a steel ball was designed on the other side. The design of pure mechanical automatic teapot had the energy conservation, environmental protection, easy operation and strong practicability. The teapot shows good performance.

Abstract: We propose an evaluation way by Information Integration Method(IIM)[1] for improvement designs. IIM is an evaluation way which is based on Shannon’s information theory and is not depending on personal subjectivity. We have confirmed the effectiveness of this evaluation way by confirming a case study of an electric shaver improvement design.

Abstract: This paper is derived from the design formula of 6/14 pole FRM, preliminary calculations the size of 6/14 pole FRM. For a more detailed analysis and research by changing the size of the motor stator and rotor arc, the cogging torque and the emf waveform that play a decisive role in the flux changes. This paper qualitative description different size and motor performance relationship. By the different sizes of motor performance curve analysis to finalize a more appropriate combination of stator and rotor dimensions, in order to get on better motor performance and material utilization.

Abstract: The complex situations during a fire disaster, such as high temperature, toxic gas and thick smoke, require helitack crew possess good professional skills. As an efficient and economic training system, virtual reality technology not only provide virtual scene to make crew members get familiar with working environment, but also provides professional skill training to achieve the desired objectives, such as increasing their training frequency, reducing training time, promoting training effects and so on. According to the requirements of helicopter special operation, a prototype is proposed in this paper, and a virtual training system based on some kind of helicopter was developed to validate the prototype’s function, framework design and its capability for further development.
