Abstract: Applying theories on quasi-classical particles and the uncertainty relation of quantum mechanics, we get the formula of uncertainty and energy level width in triangular well and parabolic well of two dimension electron gas (2DEG).Based on these ,we find energy width will increase along with the increasing of electronic field intensity and quantum number at the same electronic field, the energy width of parabolic well is more narrow than width of triangular well. At the same time, the result of this paper is agreement with the experiment.

Abstract: The volatile compounds of cooked meat in farmed obscure puffer (Takifugu obscurus) were isolated by simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE)and headspace solid phase micro extraction (HS-SPME), and analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). A total of 91 volatile compounds were identified under 3 different conditions by GC-MS analysis including 32 aldehydes, 11 alcohols, 10 ketones, 21 N- or S-containing aromatic compounds, 13 alkanes, 3 esters, and 1acid. In order to evaluate the major potential impact odorants extracted by SDE, the odor activity value (OAV) was calculated together with GC-MS. To estimate the contributions of volatile compounds to flavor isolated by SDE and HS-SPME, a parameter named relative odor activity value (ROAV) was applied. Results obtained showed that on the basis of OAV, it indicated that the compounds potentially most important to obscure puffer included 2,6-nonadienal, trimethylamine, 2,3-butanedione, (Z)-4-heptenal, 2-nonenal, and 3-methylbutanal. Based on ROAV, it was found that 2,6-nonadienal, trimethylamine, (Z)-4-heptenal, 2,3-butanedione, 2-nonenal, 3-methylbutanal, benzaldehyde, 2-ethylfuran, ethyl acetate, (E,E)-2,4-octadienal, octanal, 1-octen-3-ol, and nonanal may be responsible for the special flavor of cooked meat in the obscure puffer.

Abstract: The technology of synthesis nanomaterial by diisopropylamine as a replaced drying solvent has been studied. The products of Al (OH)3 and SiO2 are found to be amorphous aerogel. The nanoparticle of TiO2 produced by it is found to be smaller than that produced by n-butyl alcohol as a replaced drying Solvent.

Abstract: Mathematical model including design variables, constraint conditions and target functions is raised on the basis of problem description. Using the mathematical model, area scrambling micro-pits image design methods are presented. The methods can generate square area scrambling micro-pits image based on square-aligned-array arrangement, square area scrambling micro-pits image based on square-staggered-array arrangement, and area scrambling micro-pits image based on equilateral hexagon-array arrangement. The uniformity of the last one is the best.

Abstract: It is bigger that SRadcv of the micro-pits image based on square area scrambling, and the uniformity of micro-pits distribution is not very good. An improved method is presented that presetting the minimum interval of the micro-pits, and setting positions of these micro-pits randomly, then optimizing the positions of the micro-pits by area scrambling. SRadcv of the micro-pits image generated in this method will be much smaller, and the uniformity of the micro-pits distribution will be very good.

Abstract: Shale gas is an important unconventional energy resource. However its only achieved successful commercial exploitation in the United States and Canada. Shale gas well QY1 was carried out in southeast Chongqing.Taking this well as a case, the fracturing design optimization workflow and its practice are described in this paper. The fracturing feasibility of well QY1 was firstly determined by referencing all the physical parameters of target formation. Then the reservoir stress model was revised and reservoir stress profile was established as well. The reservoir simulation software (Eclipse) was applied to build reservoir geological model for predicting the gas production and determine the optimized permeability enhanced area (PEA). The unconventional fracturing model (UFM) was used to optimize the fluid volume and fracturing scale. And the final fracturing plan was made based on the optimized conclusions. This optimization workflow and the good result provide reliable technique support for the development of the shale gas reservoir in this area.

Abstract: Solar Energy is a kind of green and renewable energy, and solar cells can be used to convert solar energy to electricity. Due to the requirements of carbon reduction and energy saving as well as the policy of Government incentive, the installation of solar energy system is becoming more and more popular. However, the available ground surface is limited, and the installation site of solar energy is gradually extended to building roofs, fish bonds and other special places. Because the traditional solar cells tend to monotonous dark blue or reddish brown color, the aspiration for colored solar cells is appeared in recent years to cope with the aesthetic requirement for solar facilities in the living environment. This paper discusses the principle and applications of colored solar cells, including the types of colored products, and the methods of making color change. In addition, the theory of chromatic has been used to explain the guidelines of color selection and coordination of solar cells in various situations and applications.

Abstract: The clearance between the punch and die of a fine blanking tool is an important design factor that affects the sheared surface of a product. In a fine blanking process, the clearance is typically assigned a 0.5% material thickness. If the clearance is too big, a fractured surface would occur in the product while if it is too small, bulging would occur. In this study, a setting for optimum clearance was proposed for inner corner shapes by checking shear characteristics and bulging effects according to various clearances. After designing a special part with various corner shapes possessing SPFH590 (thickness: 4 mm), a high-strength steel material, a fine blanking tool was constructed and fine blanking experiments were conducted. The result could be usefully applied in fine blanking processes for high-strength steel automobile parts with corner shapes in the future.

Abstract: Effect of rotating speed and welding velocity on properties of 6063-3A21 dissimilar Friction Stir weld was experimental studied, results show that too high or too low welding velocity will result in a decrease of the weld strength; effect of rotating speed on weld strength is relatively small. An optimized method for Choosing Friction Stir Welding parameters was proposed, which include three steps, first, fix a rotating speed through experimental analysis; and then find out reasonable ranges of v/w; finally work out the optimized welding speed range.
