Abstract: This articles aims to research the special maintenance vehicle so as to optimize its resource allocation in operation, which belongs to the issue of fixed completion time-resource levelling. It makes analysis on the operation deployment process, critical path and procedure of the truck based on the RLP problem solving algorithm, and makes optimization allocation to the scheme by using genetic algorithm. The new allocation scheme after the optimization can increase the efficiency by 12.5% and realize the reasonable allocation of human resources.

Abstract: The schemes generating process of conceptual design is the most crucial part of the process of conceptual design, it is better for understanding the designer's intent process, transferring and accumulating design knowledge with this process, in order to analyze the schemes generating process of conceptual design effectively, this paper takes conceptual design for crane hoisting mechanism for an example, which describes the schemes generating process by using zigzag mapping method and proposes the principle of conceptual design based on directed graph model ,with using metamodeling technology, directed graph model can be applied to prototype system developed by GME, this prototype system provides a simple tools for the process of conceptual design and records the schemes generating process and relevant design knowledge. The zigzag mapping method and GME tools is used in the process of conceptual design for crane hoisting mechanism in this paper, which verifies effectiveness of the zigzag mapping method and GME tools, and has a certain practical value.

Abstract: In order to reveal the underlying theoretical reasons for that the traffic accidents are caused by driver fatigue, this paper specifically represents the formation and mechanism of driving fatigue. From the point of Human Factors Engineering, the driver’s physical system of bearing the driving load is constructed based on fatigue theories. In addition, the driving behavior is divided into three stages. Then the fatigue generated by each stage is strictly divided into mental fatigue and physical fatigue. According to the extent of driving fatigue, the status of driver's fatigue is divided into four types, thus, a cumulative mode in driver fatigue is constructed.

Abstract: Based on the concept of humanization design, some classification and analysis about user groups from user's age, gender, value, interests and economy were made in this paper. Due to the differences in ages, genders, values, interests and economy, different groups of users will have different styles and preferences. But users want to meet their psychological pursuit in the process of using the product. As the carrier of user groups, car design that can meet user’s demand has been discussed. Classify and categorize for users were made form user groups first, then design products that can mostly suitable for different user group and that the most they really demand for.Through taking full account of the needs of user groups and meeting user's emotional needs maximize, this products designed will be the products users wanted.

Abstract: Aimed at the problem that because common proportional hazards model (PHM) cannot fuse new failure data of long-life complex equipment, which features a small-sample, the reliability estimation accuracy will decline, a new condition-based maintenance strategy based on dynamic PHM was proposed. Kalman filtering theory was adopted to fuse in-time new failure data and expand sample size. Extended Kalman filtering method was used to solve the nonlinearity of the observation equation of PHM and then its regression coefficient was online updated, according to which the residual life was estimated and the optimal maintenance decision was made. Finally, the condition monitoring data and historic operation data of a certain kind of wind power gearbox were used to validate this method. The result indicates that this method has good dynamic estimation ability under the condition of small sample with a 20.6% increase in the accuracy of regression coefficient estimation and a 8.7% decrease in optimal preventive maintenance interval estimation error.

Abstract: The environment has been heavily polluted by various industrial productions. People began to realize the importance of protecting the environment. Therefore, the Green Design has become the theme of today's design. Traditional materials fit the theme of environmental protection because of their own properties. Due to the specific properties of traditional materials, they are used in todays products so the green product design begin to take on a new vitality. The paper investigated the green products using traditional materials, including domestic and foreign products. The aim of this subject is to explore the possible of the traditional materials and development trends in green product design, and propose a method that can creatively use the traditional materials to design a product which is humane and friendly to environment.
