Abstract: Automation monitoring system collects data from the assembly line of automation equipment and processes. The machine status and alarm data are displayed on the screen to prompt management personnel resolve the problem immediately; the LED of the workshop shows the yield information, and summarizes the current date and the output information of various types of engine; quality data is divided categorized and stored to be the base of the quality of the product line into the market. Provide assurance for the query and analysis of the quality management system; the improvement of the production quality and efficiency; and the traceability of the products. The system has been put into the production of commerce and can show the effectiveness of the system.

Abstract: This paper uses three common AR model power spectrum estimation algorithms which are the Yule-Walker method, the burg method and the improved covariance method. Taking Matlab as a tool, the corresponding algorithms are used to carry out the power spectrum estimation of motor imagery EEG, the relationships and distinctions between the spectrum charts are compared in order to find the relatively appropriate algorithm for analyzing the EEG, which aims at providing a theoretical guidance for processing the motor imagery EEG and laying a foundation for further research.

Abstract: Traditional k-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm (short for KNN) is usually used in the spatial classification; however, the problem of low-speed searching exists in this method. In order to avoid this kind of disadvantage, this paper puts forward a new spatial classification algorithm of K-nearest neighbor based on spatial predicate. This method searches the object set which is similar to the test object in spatial concept and uses spatial predicate to help search the object set, which narrows the searching range and reduces the operating time of KNN algorithm.

Abstract: Equipment support exercise is the highest phase of equipment support training and an effective approach to improve equipment support capability. Assessment of equipment support exercise is the main measure to test and rate the effect and level of equipment support exercise. The main influencing factors of equipment support exercise are analyzed and the index system is established from the angle of equipment support capability. The assessment model of equipment support exercise is constructed based on the basic ideas of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation method. The assessment process of equipment support exercise using the proposed method is illustrated in detail. The correctness and validity of the proposed method is verified through a calculation example. The result of the example indicates that the proposed method can give correct assessment level of equipment support exercise, which provides an effective approach for the assessment of equipment support exercise.

Abstract: In some languages, because there is no pointer data type, so the single linked list is described by the use of the array. When there are multiple nodes of the same type list, these lists can share the same static linked list of memory, so it can mutually adjust the remaining places to reduce the overflow space. To solve practical problems, this paper is designed from the static linked list sharing the same storage space, the constructor, inserting operations, deleting operations, and it puts up forward a suggestion of its specific implementation and analyzes time complexity of algorithms and its significances.

Abstract: In order to reduce the risk of the range missile experiment and decrease the cost of the range missile development, we design and implement a scene federate in the proving ground simulation platform based on HLA, and analyze and solve the key problems of entity behavior modeling, multi-channel display. By integrating the under tested radar measuring system, optical measuring system with the computer simulation system, utilizes the feature information of the proving ground and weapon systems, and the missile trajectory measurement parameters to vividly exhibit a three-dimensional scene for the whole process of the missile proving ground test. The system can aid the experimentalist for observation, command, and decision-making.

Digital Model Construction by Reverse Engineering Design Based on Geomagic Studio and Pro/E Software
Abstract: Processing method of digital model construction by reverse engineering design based on Geomagic Studio and Pro/E software was explained firstly with a typical craft surface as an example, then some key steps such as processing of cloud and processing of surface were explained, some key problems such as method of reference and method of registration were discussed in the end. The example show that construction by reverse engineering design based on Geomagic Studio software and Pro/E software is very effective for digital modeling of some products such as crafts and jewelry because of its high efficiency and perfect surface quality.

Abstract: The evaluation of equipment support training is an effective way to improve training efficiency. The main influencing factors of equipment support training are analyzed. Adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) model structure is established and the hybrid-learning algorithm to solve the established model by applying back-propagation and least mean squares procedure is investigated. Then the evaluation model of equipment support training level based on ANFIS is constructed. The training level consistent with the actual training level is achieved by training the proposed model using training data samples, which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method. Simulation comparing analysis using the proposed method and BP neutral network is conducted respectively. The superiority of the proposed method is verified by simulation results, which provides an effective method for equipment support training evaluation.

Meso-Scale Oriented Physical Simulation Model for Complex Product Maintenance in Virtual Environment
Abstract: Large component disassembly is complex tasks, the collision during the operation process often cause component damage and deform, even bring safe accident and result in significant loss. This paper proposes to use Meso-dimential oriented physical simulation strategy to research the collision effect simulation and damage surface visualization of large component during disassembly operation. Meso-collide behavior of multi-particles is adapted to simulate the macro-collision of large component. The method has important significance for expanding the mechanical simulation theory and solving the complex practical engineering problem.

Abstract: Further development of SolidWorks with VB is carried out in this paper. Program and dimension driving methods are utilized for parametric design to realize the automatic generation of three dimension component and engineering drawing in SolidWorks. Intelligent generation of drawing is achieved by adjusting the view scale of engineering drawing, generating view size and cutaway view in order to improve the design efficiency and quality.
