Abstract: In this paper, the theory of flow and method of ripple control of the external gear pump group are studied with two same-parameter external gear pumps which are installed in the form of parallel and different phase. In this thesis, the external gear pump group is known as a low ripple gear pump group, and the theory of ripple control is based on the theory that two periodic and quadratic function curves of different phase superposition can reduce the amplitude variation. According to this method, the thesis starts to analyze the instantaneous flow of the low ripple gear pump group, moreover which are compared with the instantaneous flow of a single gear pump. Finally, it is concluded that the flow pulsation rate of low ripple pump group is equal to 1/4 times of a single pump flow pulsation.

Abstract: The Present Electromagnetic/piezoelectric Vibration Feeder can’t be Compressed along the Height Direction, and the Application is Limited because of the Small Assembly Area. Therefore, a New Structure Piezoelectric Vibration Feeder was Brought up in this Paper, which had Cirque Piezoelectric Vibrator for Vertical Driving, and the Dimension of the Height can be Reduced to below 30% of the Present Feeder. Based on the Structure Character of the Feeder, the Vibration Model was Built up, and the Calculation Method of the System Resonance Frequency, the Stiffness Matching Relationship of the Supporting Spring and Piezoelectric Vibrator were Confirmed through Theoretical Analysis and Experimental Research. Experiments were Done to the Prototypes, which Turned out that, under the Sine Voltage of 220V, the Feeder could have 0.5kg Stuff for Experiment (samples), which were Columns with Dimension Φ3mm×5mm, and the Feeding Speed can be up to 145mm/s. the Measured Resonance Frequency was 187Hz, which had High Coherency with Theoretical Calculation Value.

Abstract: Several methods were introduced for practicing and studying the method of TTT curve digitization by using Plot Digitizer (version 1.9) and OriginPro (version 8.0724). After digitizing, original TTT images, which can not be inquired in computer procedures, were transformed into the data series and digital patterns, providing a convenient way for inquiring the data points from TTT curves. It offers a handy tool for studying the relationship among the time, temperature and transformation. Furthermore, it provides a convenient method for thermal treatment teaching through courseware. It is believe that, after a systemic data processing, we can obtain a digitizing TTT data base, which can be inquired automatically by PC procedures, promoting the automatic level of the thermal treatment for industrial applications.

Abstract: Although the ANSI RBAC model has achieved great success in the enterprise, it provides no mechanism for the urgent interoperation needs between distributed domains. This paper presents an ASP based approach to extend traditional RBAC model for inter-domain cooperation. We first translate the RBAC models with the IDRM problem into answer set programs, and then compute the solutions via an answer set solver. Finally, we discuss the safety and availability of our approach and ensure the models conflict-free. It is concluded that our approach supports the collaborating environments well with flexible and efficient reasoning abilities.

Abstract: Fixture is technological equipment which is able to determine the location of the workpiece accurately and clamp the workpiece steadily. A good fixturing scheme could help improve the quality of products. A new design algorithm of fixturing scheme based on RBR and CBR is developed. The appropriate parts feature information model is decided based on requirements of design of fixturing scheme. The rules of constraint of DOFs and the rules of fuzzy inference are used to determine the correctness of the scheme location of the workpiece according to requirements of machining dimensions and the geometry information. In the case library, some appropriate fixturing schemes are retrieved according to constraint DOFs. Their entire similarities of these appropriate fixturing schemes are figured out and ranked from high to low. The fixturing scheme with the highest similarity is modified and stored into the case library. This entire method makes the best of advantages of RBR and CBR to achieve automation of fixturing scheme. It could help the automation of CAFD. This method has higher practical value.

Abstract: In this paper ,a new algorithm is proposed for improving speed of calculating convex hull of planar point set .The algorithm creates a square mesh to manage points ,when eliminating points which are obviously in convex hull ,selecting or eliminating of points can be converted to that of grid , work of calculation depends on points near edges of convex hull and density of grid but not the number of points ;at the meantime ,remainder points are sorted roughly .When calculating convex hull of remainder points ,a method is presented which can take advantage of order of remainder points ,it calculates boundaries of convex hull segment by segment ,then ,combines the boundaries to form convex hull.

Abstract: The use of computer vision to detect and recognize target objects in the industrial field has high academic value. In this paper, computer vision is used to identify cell’s label and detect the surface scratch. Using inter variance threshold method of image acquisition threshold processing, to obtain a better image binarization , subsequent using characterization information to establish a template, and the template using mathematical morphology operations. Object matching is achieved by matrix change of the template , in order to achieve the detection. The experiments show that this method has higher accuracy and better real-time, so online detection can be used for battery characterization.

Abstract: It is very important to detect the early fire in large space to protect human life and property security. In this paper, color features description and analysis of the segmented flame image are carried out to extract a varity of quantitative feature descriptors of flame region based on the detection results of flame video image. The experimental results show that the color features can improve the effectiveness and robustness of flame recognition system. Furthermore, it can reduce the false alarm rate in the fire recognition system.

Abstract: No matter in the wartime or in the peace time, the intelligent generation system of damaged ship anti-flooding decision plan is an important tool to guarantee ship survivability and safety. The intelligent decision plan generation system which has high search efficiency plays an important role in recovering the buoyancy and stability indicts of damaged ship. The intelligent decision plan generation system introduced in this paper contains Petri net model and heuristic color genetic algorithm. The Petri net is used to model the ship anti-flooding decision process and the heuristic color genetic algorithm is used to solve intelligent hull balance decision problem. The traditional genetic algorithm is improved according to the special demand of hull balance. Based on the definition of the colored gene and the foundation of the heuristic search rules, the heuristic color genetic algorithm is given to improve the traditional genetic algorithm search efficiency.

Abstract: The STEP standard is an international standard for data expressing and exchanging during the whole life cycle of the product, the neutral file is an universal data exchange form for the data exchanging. In order to develop a STEP post-processer for the rotor dynamics analysis software-Rotors Dynamics, the author elaborates the lexical analysis module and data mapping module, studies the rotor model parameter extraction based on STEP neutral file, and realizes the seamless connectivity between the Rotors Dynamics and the rotor’s CAD model.
