Abstract: The paper presents a software tool used for designing transformer in AutoCAD environment. The application allows the user to generate 2 serials of transformer easily. DSTool application has been developed using OpenDCL and VisualLISP environment and runs in the AutoCAD environment. The user can input some key parameters into the dialog provided by DSTool, more than 200 dwg files could be generated in 3 minutes.

Abstract: Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) is going to become the most important technique in the future communication system. The paper presents the principle of OFDM,establishes a simulation model of OFDM communication system based on simulink.By utilizing the system,we briefly analyse the simulation results and conclude the the performance characteristics of OFDM system.

Abstract: Abstract: Manufacture Executing System is superior in information sharing and integrated management, by the combination of the two techniques of MES and ES, an intelligent expert system of Shaogang 3200 m3 blast furnace was established. This system runs stably with higher reliability, and allows to make accurate monitoring and prediction for furnace heat, gas distribution and abnormal furnace conditions, playing a role in guiding operators to run the furnace.

Abstract: This paper describes a framework for the grid flow management system in resource allocation problem based on the autonomous manager grid service (AMGS). We develop a user agent which is able to estimate the scoring rule based on grid resources attributes without human intervention, since agents are autonomous and intelligent in behavior. The reverse auction protocol involving an iterative algorithm for solving the resource allocation problem is also present. We implement the new protocol in a simulated environment and study its economic efficiency and its effect on the grid system performance.

Abstract: According to the individual forecasting of aviation oil consumption, with taking the minimum value of the angle between the actual value vector and the predicted value vector as a target, we established a combination forecasting model based on the vectorial angle cosine. Through the analysis of an actual example, from the perspective of the effect evaluation indicators of prediction reflect that this combination forecasting model is advantage compared to each single forecasting model.

Abstract: Time-based maintenance is mainly used by power plants in our country. Through the study of the disadvantages of time-based maintenance, condition-based maintenance is proposed. This paper details the superiority and the concept of condition-based maintenance, the trigonometry fuzzy number theory and the fuzzy fault tree analysis have been proposed in the state diagnosis. This paper provides the reference to online monitoring and the levels of diagnosis. It’s a reliable plan that the application of condition-based maintenance to power plants.

Abstract: Design for energy optimization is an efficiency way to improve energy utilization rate and the environmental performance of products. A new design method for energy optimization based on energy unit (EU) is put forward. The method integrates energy property into design process of product, and takes the product as a set of design units and realizes the design for energy optimization process by the design of EU. Based on the introduction of the concept EU, the design for energy optimization process in the utilization stage is analyzed. At last, a product case is given to show the design process.

Abstract: Risk assessment to flight safety is an effective measure to ensure safe operation of airline companies. There are many factors affecting the flight safety, so the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced to assess the risk. In this paper, an index system of airline company flight safety risk assessment is established. A model of airline company flight safety risk assessment based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is also set up. An example is used to show the application of this method. The result shows that this method is rational and pragmatic in airline company flight safety risk evaluation.

Abstract: t can provide the basis on drafting the regional general aviation development policy for government departments and civil aviation regulatory agencies by analyzing the regional general aviation development level scientifically. The regional development level of general aviation in 2009 is chosen as the research object. According to the seven regional administration of Civil Aviation Administration of China (North China, Northeast, East China, Central and southern, Southwest, Northwest, Xinjiang), the region of general aviation is divided into seven parts. The evaluation system of operational scale and operational efficiency of regional general aviation is established. The weights of the seven indicators in the evaluation system are determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the development level of seven region of general aviation is evaluated by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method. Finally, the development levels of seven region of general aviation are settled by the values of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. The relative good and weak regions of general aviation development are identified.
