Abstract: There are a lot of approaches in logistics demand forecasting field and perform different characters. The probabilistic fuzzy set (PFS) and probabilistic fuzzy logic system is designed for handling the uncertainties in both stochastic and nonstochastic nature. In this paper, an asymmetric probabilistic fuzzy set is proposed by randomly varying the width of asymmetric Gaussian membership function. And the related PFLS is constructed to be applied to a logistics demand forecasting. The performance discloses that the asymmetry-width probabilistic fuzzy set performs better than precious symmetric one. It is because the asymmetric probabilistic fuzzy sets variability and malleability is higher than this of the symmetric probabilistic fuzzy set.

Abstract: The bottlenecks of supply chain management need to be solved. The development of internet promotes the Agent technology. Internet makes the Agent technology become a powerful tool that breaks through the bottlenecks of the supply chain management skills. With the guidance of system engineering and methods, an agile supply chain management system with Agent technology of artificial intelligence is presented in this paper. The application of Multi-Agent technology in the ASCM model is discussed also. Results indicate that the application of Multi-Agent skill in the ASCM model is a feasible way of thinking and appropriate approach.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is how to evaluate the security problem of refined oil repository. This paper uses gray comprehensive evaluation method to structure mathematic model. At last simulation results show that the method is certain referential significance for the refined oil repository safety assessment.

Procurement to be green is rather important as one most important part of the supply chain. Its advanced to build a green procurement model, develop green procurement strategy and green procurement standards, so that green procurement and green supply chain will be benefits. In the long term, the establishment of a green procurement model, not only conducive the sustainable development of the supply chain, but also achieve environmental protection.

Abstract: With the economic globalization and knowledge economy advent, the enterprises hope achieve a favorable position in the competitive market, and gain more and more attention to long-term strategic cooperative relations with partners. Fully understanding the basis of supplier management theory, the paper developed a set of supplier satisfaction evaluation index system. Combined with the actual situation of the auto parts maker SH, some comments and suggestions related to supplier management are provided for SH. This will help the supplier management and expand the market coverage to the case, and provide additional research areas of supply chain partner satisfaction.

Abstract: Urban Rail Transit (URT) is more and more popular with citizens. Evacuation capability of stations is concerned with their service levels. When emergencies occur, passengers' safety is threatened. 3-line Xizhimen Station is taken with M/G/c/c theory for an example. By analyzing evacuation capability of stairs and passageways, evacuation bottlenecks are found to improve the service level of Xizhimen subway station.

Abstract: Based on low frequency load-shedding practice experiments of Xinyang power supply company, work principles as three reports, one examination and a table modification is proposed to improve the management of power grid in substitute district. The methods introduced in the paper is proved to be effective in the practice.

Abstract: In order to solve problem about how to test inherent availability of repairable system under minimum operating time and lognormal repair time, an inherent availability test procedure with fixed sample size is presented. The test procedure which is divided into alternate operating and repair process, should meet stated levels of producer’s risk and consumer’s risk. It is noticeable that minimal sample size and critical value calculation method research is considered as the key point of procedure design. At the end of this paper, course of a test procedure design and operation of inherent availability test and evaluation are described by example analysis.

Abstract: The development of real estate has been affected by various social factors, including economic factors. BP neural network can more accurately forecast the trend of real estate industry according to economic development indicators. But BP neural network is slow convergence in the training process, and easily falls into local optimum. The BP neural network learning algorithm based on the particle swarm optimization (PSO) optimizes the weights and thresholds of the network by PSO algorithm, then to train BP neural network. The experimental results show that the performance of this new algorithm is better than BP neural network, but also has good convergence.
