Abstract: In order to establish comprehensive safety management system, in-depth study about the liquefied ammonia leakage accidents and its impacts are fairly needed. The assessment model of “Leak” scenario of liquefied ammonia is established by Phast software to realize the quantitative assessment for the toxic effects of liquefied ammonia leakage accident, in which parameters setting are preliminarily studied as well. The dispersion distances and influence zones of ammonia leakage accident are analyzed, and the toxicity ranges of ammonia are classified together. Technical guidance and theoretical basis for the emergency rescue can be provided according to the simulation results, suggestion on personnel evacuation are subsequently put forward; those are helpful to minimize the loss and hazard caused by liquefied ammonia leakage accidents.

Abstract: In this study, H_infinity filtering problem for a class of stochastic Markov jump systems is investigated. The system mode is assumed to be different from the delay mode. The aim of this paper is to design a mode-dependent filter such that the filtering error system is stochastically stable and satisfies a prescribed disturbance attenuation level. By using a mode-dependent Lyapunov functional, mixed mode-dependent sufficient condition on stochastic stability is formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Based on the stochastic stability criterion, an H_infinity filter is developed.

Abstract: This paper proposed a design of algorithm of an excimer laser coaxial observation processing system which can automatically track preset line. With using of the Visual C + + image processing technology and the least square method, the XY axis in both directions of processing platform can obtain accurate processing displacement, and stability control platform for real-time tracking a straight line center. Processing system can acquire the coordinate of processing place where can get the distance from the centre of image in order to achieve real-time tracking.

Abstract: The development of dry cell production in the world is advancing towards the high-speed and intellectualization direction, the input reduction for production cost by improving the comprehensive performance level and utilizing the advanced equipment has been the urgent demand for development of battery industry. The lagging situation that the detection by naked eye manually is relied to perform the quality assurance for dry cell substratum is broken based on the online high-speed automatic detection technology for pixel digitization of visual image. The principles on battery image processing and feature division as well as the principle on pixel over- fitting and accurate rectification during the process of pixel digitization detection for dry cell substratum are discussed in this paper, and such base and core for battery image processing as edge detection and accurate rectification technology are described.

Abstract: Human Action Analysis is a fundamental issue that can be applied to different application domains. In this paper, we present a HSV color space based shadow method. The process of the algorithm mainly includes three steps: motional object detection, shadow detection of the object and post-processing. In order to enhance the accuracy of shadow detection, the value of and in the method can be select elaborately. The experiment result indicates the presented algorithm can detect shadow effectively and make full use of the color information.

Abstract: With the purpose of reducing cost, improving the operability, and ensuring the safety, a low-speed testing system of the encounter of fuse and target was carried out. When the system working, the relative velocity of the target and fuse is in control in less than 10m/s, which is a shrink ratio of the real encounter. Experimental investigation shows that the low-speed encountering system can reach the requirements of Doppler radio fuse in the early design, which can help designers design a better fuse.

Abstract: A navigation star catalog (NSC) selection algorithm via support vector machine (SVM) is proposed in this paper. The sphere spiral method is utilized to generate the sampling boresight directions by virtue of obtaining the uniform sampling data. Then the theory of regression analysis methods is adopted to extract the NSC, and an evenly distributed and small capacity NSC is obtained. Two criterions, namely a global criterion and a local criterion, are defined as the uniformity criteria to test the performance of the NSC generated. Simulations show that, compared with MFM, magnitude weighted method (MWM) and self-organizing algorithm(S-OA), the Boltzmann entropy (B.e) of SVM selection algorithm (SVM-SA) is the minimum, to 0.00207. Simultaneously, under the conditions such as the same field of view (FOV) and elimination of the hole, both the number of guide stars (NGS) and standard deviation (std) of SVM-SA is the least, respectively 7668 and 2.17. Consequently, the SVM-SA is optimal in terms of the NGS and the uniform distribution, and has also a strong adaptability.

Abstract: The on-chip signal reconstruction method based on B-spline approximation and Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) for multifunctional sensors has been studied previously. In this paper, we focus on the design for reducing the complexity of the reconstruction method without significant loss of reconstruction accuracy. The two-objective optimization design framework is proposed, where the reconstruction accuracy and complexity are considering as two conflicting costs to be decreased jointly. Genetic Algorithm (GA) is presented to achieve the accuracy-complexity trade-off by optimizing the B-spline structure parameters, i.e. the dimensions of knot vectors. The experimental results show that the proposed method provides a good improvement to the B-spline and EKF based on-chip signal reconstruction method.

Abstract: With the development of human-computer interaction technology, hand gesture is widely investigated recently for its natural and convenient properties. In view of the disadvantage of the existing tracking algorithms for the hand gesture, a novel adaptive method based on KLT is proposed in this paper, in which a kind of filtering mechanism is applied to decrease the effects of noise and illumination on tracking system. In order to eliminate the error of tracking, the strategy based on confidence is utilized properly. However, because the hand is non-rigid, its shape often changes, which easily leads to tracking failure for the reduction of features. In order to solve the problem, a method for appending the feature points is introduced. Experimental results indicate that the method presented in this paper is state of the art robustness in our comparison with related work and demonstrate improved generalization over the conventional methods.
