Abstract: In this paper a blind direction of arrival (DOA) estimation method based on single acoustic vector hydrophone is presented according to the characteristics of underwater acoustic waves. With no priori assumptions about the structure of steering vector, the vector hydrophone array manifold is estimated by the joint approximate diagonalization of eigen-matrices (JADE) algorithm. Simultaneously, acoustic waves are reconstructed by the separation matrix and signal vector. Finally, with the orthogonality of the components of particle velocity the DOA are estimated. Simulation experiment proves the effectiveness and correctness of this new method.

Abstract: We addressed the idea that a hybrid of symbolic and sub-symbolic representations is the best method to represent cognition for developmental robots. Basing the learning mechanisms of a cognitive developmental robot on principles of human-like learning, we developed an intelligent grasping robot architecture based on the hierarchical learning. The hybrid of different representations and memory in IGR also gave a new direction for developing robots with high intelligence.

Abstract: Obtaining the condition monitoring signals by rule and line is the base of distinguishing accurately the machine tool condition. In the paper, the three schemes of obtaining machine tool condition signals are researched, which are build-in sensor, external sensor and servo drivers monitoring interface. The three schemes are all reliable signal sources, however, the quality and difficulty level to obtaining of signals are different. In the paper, the three schemes are compared and analyzed. It is important for researching the condition monitoring technology of CNC machine tool servo system and improving machine tools reliability and machining quality.

Abstract: For questions of joint angle control of space manipulator, a method based on genetic algorithm PID self-tuning is proposed, which can improve the control accuracy of joint angle. We establish the dynamic model of the space manipulator and design the PID controller, and then using the genetic algorithm to tuning the PID parameters, and simulate in MATLAB. The result shows that the control performance of the space manipulator is improved, and the difficulties of traditional PID parameter regulation can be avoided by this method.

Abstract: Homing and control signal is important information which can reflect system performance and technical conditions of guidance system, and homing and control signal is one of core contents of guidance system detection, and de-nosing of the signal has an important meaning to the accuracy of guidance system detection and assessment. This paper introduces wavelet de-nosing method for the characteristic of homing and control signal and its noise signal.

Abstract: Carbon dioxide is the very important material of plants when they are making food by means of photosynthesis. The concentration of carbon dioxide restricts photosynthesis and respiration in a dose-dependent manner. Therefore, keeping stability concentration of carbon dioxide is quite important for plant to grow rapidly. This paper mainly introduced the system composition and working principle of carbon dioxide automatic measuring instrument, the system taking Freescale MCU as control core. The instrument can collect signal, display data and reset by connecting with the PC. The experiment result states clearly this carbon dioxide automatic measuring instrument has practical value and application significance.

Abstract: This paper describes the design of a portable formaldehyde detector instrumentation which is based on the C8051F021 microcontroller. Using the Dart sensors for detection of formaldehyde and AD8571 precision operational amplifier for signal amplification, this meter will achieve real-time detection of formaldehyde in the air. The instrument's low power consumption, intelligent and portable features are suitable for the rapid detection of formaldehyde in indoor air.

Abstract: The point-to-point swing arm test is very important for large arms which have swing arm movement. Traditional point-to-point swing arm controller is relay control mode. The mode has many shortcomings, such as big volume, high power consumption, low stability, and so on. An intelligent point-to-point swing arm controller, using MCU as the control core, was designed for this reason. It was mainly composed of switch signal detecting module, solenoid valve drive module, USB storage interface module and MCU control module. According to the requirements of test, the controller was able to detect the valid signal of limit switch and control commutation operation of solenoid valve, meanwhile it could record the movement time between one point and another point, the time the arm swayed and the moment information, and these above information would be stored in USB memory. It has some advantages of small size, low power consumption, high stability and flexible functions.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduced to the PLC as the core of stainless steel composite plate electric control part of the design. The system uses the converter +PLC+ man-machine interface, as the major part of roll welding machine control, because of the use of the PLC, so that the system can improve the automatic level, electrical components is reduced, reduce failure rate, improve the reliability of equipment operation. Based on the current control and speed control, so that the welding quality and welding speed has been greatly improved. In the article, mainly from the production process, and the control system hardware and software design, and the control scheme to introduce several aspects.
