Abstract: Researching optimization problems of controller is need of industrial process control ,in which PID controller is widely used,which its parameters can be equivalent to optimization problems. In the industrial control the PID controller is widely used in excitation control system to improve its control performance.In order to find the optimal PID controller parameters effectively ,a kind of Adaptive Particle Swarm Optimization method (CAPSO) based on Cloud Theory is applied to fuzzy PID controller. Through the establishment of particle swarm algorithm of fuzzy PID controller parameters optimization model, which it can be used to optimize the membership function of fuzzy PID controller. Particle code adopts real coding. Particle dimension is related with the number of the input variables divided by fuzzy set and the number of control rules of whole fuzzy control system, thus the parameters of PID control are optimized on real time. The result from the simulation shows that compared with PID control and fuzzy control this system has several advantages which are small overshoots ,fast response ,and good stable performance to improve the control performance of excitation control system.

Abstract: Providing an innovative design of intelligent cleaning robot based on fischertechnik model. The cleaning robot is mainly made up of the hardware structure and software control of walking system, water drawing and waxing system, cleaning system and drag head changing system ,being of autonomous path planning and relative perfect cleaning function. In the hardware structure part, the fischertechnik can make a physical change of the design rapidly. In the software control part, the ROBO Pro modular programming language of the fischertechnik can write control program fastly, without considering the impact of the structure parameters expect for the analysis of mechanical and electrical system controlling problems in the process. Therefore, the design can not only save a lot of experimental time and experimental research funding, but also simplify the research process

Abstract: With the development of computer network automation and the rapid development of e-commerce, more and more enterprises need to update their own warehouse management system to adapt to the change of technology. RFID technology is widely used all over the society due to its rapid, real-time, accurate sampling and processing information ability. This paper applies RFID technology in the warehouse management system to put forward the lightweight RFID middleware architecture for the warehouse management system .According to the ALE standard launched by the EPC global, the paper mainly realizes the function of basic middleware which has the ability to receive and process data. Meanwhile, the middleware uses Mysql database to select useful things for application software system. The middleware designed in the paper is simple in structure and powerful in function which will do well for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Abstract: It is very difficult to confirm the position of the center of gravity irregular object.This paper introduces a new system,which can be used in measuring and adjusting of the center of gravity.The irregular object was put on the support parts,then the center of gravity was given.When the actual position was compared with the ideal position,the difference was given. Until actual position and ideal position were coincided,the machining was continuing. Matlab was programmed in this measure system. It will be applied widely in the future.

Abstract: A fuzzy adaptive PI controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) position servo system is proposed in this paper. Based on the analysis of PMSM mathematical model, the design of position loop controller is introduced in detail. To verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the fuzzy PI adaptive controller, an experimental system is designed using TMS320F2812 floating-point digital signal processor (DSP) as controller CPU and DR20A as integrated power drive module. The experimental results show that the designed AC position servo system has strong robustness, better speed performance and higher position precision, which can meet the requirements of high performance servo system.

Abstract: The thermocouple calibration temperature control system is constructed USB - 4716 200 ks/s, 16 multi-function USB module, JKH-C series thyristor phase shift trigger, PC machine as the main hardware, the U.S. National Instrument (NI) company Labview as the software development platform. According to the precious metal, base metal thermocouple wire thermoelectric EFM method to determine the temperature test point, the temperature control system using automatic control to test furnace temperature, and realize the visual operation interface. Temperature control accuracy: temperature deviation calibration point is less than ± 5 °C when testing the thermocouple, constant temperature stability: constant temperature's change is less than 0.2 °C /min in the thermocouple testing process.

Abstract: To solve the traditional solar laminator distributed temperature monitoring system wiring problem, a distributed wireless network temperature monitoring system based on ZigBee technology is introduced in this paper. The system sets up a ZigBee wireless monitoring network through a Zigbee-based wireless charge germination processor, CC2430, hardware design and software design process of coordinator node and the sensor node, and we can get temperature monitoring from each sensor node by the network. The method introduced in the paper can make the detection process simple and effective.

Abstract: A comparative study of single-and double-pulse laser induced breakdown spectrometry (LIBS) was carried out to detect the silver element in silver jewelry samples. One Nd:YAG was adopted in the experiment to generate two pulses which were set in an orthogonal configuration. The results show that, for double-laser LIBS, average diameter (3μm) of craters on the sample surface is much smaller and the intensity of silver emission signals are magnified by a factor of 40 compared with the single-pulse LIBS. Due to the superiority in high sensitivity and low energy consumption, double-pulse LIBS presents a bright application prospect in rapid on-site undamaged analysis of precious metal jewelry.

Abstract: In the paper, a SCM experiment device is developed by STC90C51 SCM. The modularizing design idea is adopted for the device. It is composed of five-axis stepping driving module, RS485 communicating module, pulse generator module, USB interface module, double-color lattice and driving module, DA/AD conversion module, dynamic digital dishplay module, temperature testing and infrared receiving module, key-press module, I/O expanding module and so on. The experiment device provides a very good experiment platform for the learner of 51 SCM, and may be a developing board used for the development of numerical control system and intelligent mobile robot. It has a good practical value.

Abstract: Along with large scale application of cluster wells in Sulige gas field, the common low pressure flow meter can not be used in metering single well production with connecting wells in series. For this reason, we have developed a flow metering instrument of natural gas, which has the features of high static pressure, low differential pressure and high precision. Installed at the high pressure end of gas production wellhead, the instrument can bear 40Mpa static high pressure and has the features such as low pressure loss, broad measuring range, small temperature drift, high precision, long service life, solid, low cost and so on. With required measurement accuracy and resistance to pressure, which have been verified by the wide application, the instrument gave a solution to metering single well production of cluster wells.
