Abstract: In the traditional spraying production line, the wheels are mounted on the catenary hook. The location of the wheel valve hole is by artificial visual. Not only the workers labor. This paper puts forward the technology of line scanning the wheel valve hole position based on the linear CCD. The method is unfolding the wheel circumference image into the two-dimensional plane image. Then we use the image processing and matching technology to measure the wheel valve hole position.

Abstract: In this paper, we describe about a manner of adapting the nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) method to the medical data, especially functional independence measure (FIM) data, and its experimental results. From the results which were obtained by applying the method to actually measured medical data in a hospital, we confirmed that the NMF method was effective to analyze the patients' characteristics related to disability and recovery tendency.

Abstract: A fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing network for vibration measurement is proposed and demonstrated in this paper. The light source of the described sensing technique is an erbium-doped fiber laser applying a 980-nm laser diode and a fiber Fabry-Perot tunable filter. The fiber laser has a 40nm tuning range, allowing many vibration sensors to be multiplexed on the same fiber. Reflected light wavelength shift of the FBG sensor caused by strain variation is converted to intensity deviation, which avoids a complex demodulation process. This sensing scheme can effectively increase the demodulation speed of sensing system up to 20 KHz. At least 20 FBGs can be multiplexed alone a fiber.

Abstract: In this paper, the impact of the gradient delay and its anisotropy on FSE-MRI was studied. It is shown by experiments that FSE imaging sequence is sensitive to uncorrected gradient delay. A simple correction method of this problem is proposed, in which the delay of the gradient waveform is compensated by shifting the gradient waveform directly. We have demonstrated that the proposed method is effective to overcome the image quality degradation cause by the gradient delay. The correction does not depend on specific samples or subjects and total delay can be used without recalibrating in each scan.

Abstract: In this work, a polymeric adsorbent was synthesized by the imprinting technique for the measurement of Hg (II) ion from aqueous environmental samples. For this purpose, a novel aminothiol monomer has been initially synthesized then it has been used for complexing the mercury. The synthesized complex monomer copolymerized with methacrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and AIBN as the functional monomer, cross-linker and initiator respectively in the presence of a binary porogen of DMSO and toluene. The imprinted polymer was made after removing the mercury (II) ion by an acidic solution of thiourea. The results of batch procedures showed that the Hg (II)-imprinted polymer has adsorption capacity of 28 mg g-1 and is high selective for adsorption of Hg (II) ion in competing with the other ions such as CH3Hg (I), Zn (II) and Cd (II) and also in comparing with non-imprinted polymers.

Abstract: Harmonic analysis method for measurement of dielectric loss, due to the impact of fluctuations in grid frequency and higher harmonics, it is difficult to do the synchronous sampling, which reduces the accuracy of the measurements (especially the phase). In order to improve measurement accuracy, this paper presents a new method of calculation based on the energy moment of quasi-periodic interpolation algorithm. First, using a high frequency to sample the original signal, and then using the energy moment balance theory accurately measure the fundamental frequency, further calculating the integral period sampling rate and integral period samples, and last making integral period re-sampling and FFT calculation after interpolation. The simulation results show that this algorithm is high accuracy, good stability, less affected by the frequency fluctuation, harmonic proportion and initial phase.

Abstract: The existing conventional detection methods ofnitrate nitrogenmostly consume time, cost a lot of moneyand need professionals. This limits the application of soil testing and fertilization technology at the grass-roots level. Therefore, a kind of fast, low-cost and simple operated method of soil nitrate nitrogen is in urgent need. The research of measurement models based on electrochemical principles of soil nitrate nitrogen is carried out in this paper to the issue ofquick access to the information of soil nitrate nitrogen. The linear regression equation is used to establish the mathematical model of electrodes and the binary quadratic regression model is used to study the temperature correction mathematical model of electrodes and finally matlab is used for datasimulation.

Abstract: There is insufficient that get PT secondary voltage signal as a phase reference in capacitive device insulation online monitoring, in order to monitor the insulation accurately, this paper analyzes the advantages of using the relative measurement method for insulation monitoring, and determined the normal range of the dielectric loss by historical monitoring data and the number of failure equipment, furthermore positioned single or multiple faulty equipment by fault diagnosis matrix accurately. Finally, verified the effectiveness of the method by artificial simulation experiments in the laboratory.

Abstract: Compressed sensing has attracted lots of interest in recent years. Recent works in modified compressed sensing exploited the prior information about the signal to reduce the number of measurements. In this paper, we propose a hard thresholding pursuit algorithm with partially known support (HTP-PKS), which incorporates the prior support information into the recovery process. Theoretical analysis shows that by using prior information of partially known support, the HTP-PKS algorithm presents stable and robust recovery performance under a relaxed restricted isometry property (RIP) condition. To illustrate, simulation experiments are given.

Abstract: This paper proposes a remote monitoring system that consists of three clients and servers. A web server is adopted to supply a remote visiting interface for browsers from Internet. A video server is installed to capture the live streaming video, and broadcast it to video clients that are embedded in browsers. More ever, a TCP DAQ (Data Acquisition) server is designed to acquire data from sensors, and then transmit them to VI (Virtual Instrument) clients that are also embedded in browsers. To support VI clients that are designed by different languages, such as C++, Flex or HTML5, multiple protocols are integrated in the TCP DAQ server. Through identifying the type of virtual instrument client that is connected to it, the TCP DAQ server can select a protocol automatically.
