The developed design of through-coil eddy current converter enable the output signal to determinate the parameter of defect. The analytical expression depending on the volume of identifiable defect is obtained.

Abstract: some reservoir property change which occurs during reservoir development has been studied, however, the study about the effect of test mode on stress sensitivity evaluation of full-diameter volcanic rock is few since the volcanic gas reservoir in Da-qing is buried deeply and the properties and flow mechanics are extremely complex. Therefore, there are two different test modes for stress sensitivity to study the effect of test mode on stress sensitivity evaluation. One of the test modes is to keep the internal pressure constant and change the confining pressure and the other is to change the internal pressure and keep the confining pressure constant. The study results are as follows: (a) the permeabilitys variation law at different test mode is similar when the net stress varies. There are two type, one is sensitive with high permeability since for well development of micro-fracture and pore connectivity, the other is not sensitive with high permeability since for the weak pore connectivity and micro-fracture; (b) the permeability could decrease with times of pressure cycling , so, the times of flow/shut in operation should be decreased as few as possible; (c) the relative variation of permeability in the mode of changing confining pressure is smaller than it in changing internal pressure, which means the stress sensitivity of changing confining pressure is weaker; (d) the results of changing internal pressure should be used since the test mode is more similar with the actual operation. The results are significant for gas-water RPs accurate determination and efficient development of volcanic reservoirs.

Abstract: According to the surface quality problem of the solar cells, the machine vision detection system is designed. Concept design of the visual inspection system, hardware configuration and software work process are described in detail. In the experimental process, solar cell images are collected in the motion state, the image characteristics of all kinds of damage are extracted, and the least squares support vector machine algorithm is used to construct the solar cell defect recognition model, the intelligent detection and classification of the solar cells can be achieved. Practice dictates that the system is effective to detect the surface defect of solar cells, guide the production process and improve the quality of products.

Abstract: In order to truly reflect dynamic performance, the test machine for high speed precision micro bearing is obtained in this paper which includes gas generator part, measuring device body part, power controlling part and display part and so on, based on the technology of aerostatic bearing. Meanwhile, dynamic characteristic test and principle are elaborated at length. The result shows the test method and principle of the test machine are very effective.

Abstract: Some novel researches on the application of the near-field antenna measurement and the measurement methods, main functions and technical indexes of the test system are presented in this paper. Based on the modern near-field test theory, the manufactured antenna measurement system gives a high precision performance. Continuous wave test and pulse test can be operated with the system. The practical application such as the multi-channel test, multi-frequency shows that the measurement system proposed is a high-precision, multi-functional and automatic system. Additional requirements of the production and current scientific research on the antenna measurement can be satisfied, too. The proposed measurement system is of great value in application and extension.

Abstract: Under the conditions of HCl-KI, acridine red (AR) has a max absorption peak at 540 nm, the max absorption peak of acridine orange (AO) at 480 nm. When there is IO3-, it reacts with excessive I- to form I3-. The AR and I3- all combine to form an association particle that caused the absorption decreasing. I03- concentration in the range of 5-90×10-7 mol/L can be determined by the pectrophotometry.

Abstract: In suitable pH value of Walpole buffer solution and in the presence of surfactant Triton X-10 and alcohol, PtCl62- reacts with I- to form PtI62-. By means of the electrostatic and hydrophobic forces, proteins with positive charge, such as human serum albumin (HSA), bovine serum albumin (BSA), human immunoglobulin (IgG) and ovalbumin (OVA), associates with PtI62- to form stable [protein-(PtI6)n]m association particles which cause substantial enhancement of Rayleigh scattering and interface fluorescence. They produce three Rayleigh scattering peaks at 330 nm, 420 nm and 464 nm and a resonance scattering peak at 580 nm, among which the strongest peak is at 464 nm. The four kinds of protein association particle system all exhibit a strong fluorescence peak at 466 nm, while the HSA fluorescence peak at 360 nm was quenched with the formation of the association particle. The cause of the Rayleigh scattering peaks of the association particle system was considered in detail, and the relationship between the Rayleigh scattering and fluorescence of the association particle (the means diameter is about 470 nm) and the fluorescence quenching of HSA was interpreted. Under the optimal experimental conditions, there is a good linear relationship between the scattering intensity (I464 nm) and protein concentration in the range of 0.05~25μg/mL HSA, 0.05~25μg/mL BSA, 0.3~30μg/mL IgG and 0.1~16μg/mL OVA respectively, with a detection limit of 20 ng/mL HSA, 26 ng/mL BSA, 40 ng/mL IgG and 70 ng/mL OVA. This assay has been applied to the determination of the albumin of human serum samples with satisfactory results.

Abstract: In diluted HCl medium, berberine (BB) cationic ion and I3- combine to BB-I3 association complex molecule. These complex molecules self-aggregate to (BB-I3)n association nanoparticlees in size of about 50 nm. It exhibits a strongest resonance scattering peak at 520 nm and a fluorescence peak at 470 nm for the nanoparticle system. A novel and sensitive resonance scattering spectral method has been proposed for the determination of trace amounts of BB in the range of 10 to 800 ng/ml, with detection limit of 3ng/ml BB. The method has been applied to the determination of trace berberine in real samples, with satisfactory results.

Abstract: This article proposed a way to reduce the error in the measurement of object morphology that based on the phase measurement profilometry with Optical Fiber Projection Grating. Some simulation of the actual light intensity distribution need to do first to get the error that caused by the aperiodic fringes, express the errors by phase. After that, compensate for this error based on the actual measurement results. There is a larger improvement in the accuracy of the recovery after the process proposed in this article than before through the simulation. The experiment verifies the correctness of this method through the measurement of given standard parts.

Abstract: This paper describes the principles and methods of specular surface measurement which is based on fringe reflection technique (PMD). This technique is based on incoherent imaging and phase shfit. CCD camera was used to record images of sinusoid fringes pattern which is generated by computer monitor and reflected respectively by reflector tested. The phase of modulated fringes that test the mirror collected by CCD can be obtained through the phase shifting algorithm, and the phase of the reference mirror can be calculated according to the structure, so the altitude difference between the two surface shape mentioned above can be obtained by the phase difference between them. The experiment fit the tested surface by 36 zernike polynomial and substitute the gradient data into equations to obtain the measured surface shaped by the least squares solution.
