Abstract: The gas-solid flow is widely used in the enterprises. The real-time solid mass flowrate measurement is an important role to the enterprise production. Based on the gas flowrate measurement principle of the Elbow, the new Double-Elbow real-time solid mass flowrate measurement method in the gas-solid flow is brought out in this paper. The new method can finger out the mass flowrate directly and need not measure the mixture density in advance. The instrument on measuring the solid mass flowrate is developed based on the new method; the instrument is using the 8031 as the MCU; the measurement result can be displayed on the LED. The experiment on measuring the solid mass flowrate is carried out in the pneumatic conveying system. The experimental results prove that the instrument can be real-time on-line measuring the solid mass flowrate.

Abstract: The non-dispersive infrared absorption method (NDIR) is one of the important sulfur dioxide concentration measurement methods. If the soot particles are in the measurement light path, the original measurement light intensity is attenuated because of the soot particles absorption and scattering and the sulfur dioxide concentration is increasing, so the accuracy of the sulfur dioxide concentration is decreased. The single soot particle interference caused by the dissipative and the non-dissipative soot scattering and absorption is discussed in the paper. The numerical simulation results show that the sulfur dioxide concentration measurement accuracy is related to the soot particle diameter. The solution method is brought out and the measurement accuracy can be improved.

Abstract: In this paper, the harm of mycotoxin for grain was analyzed. Then the summarization and comparison of technics and methods for myco-toxin monitoring were given. Meanwhile, this paper discussed the necessity of rapid detection for mycotoxin exists in the grain, which provides the basis to the construction of rapid, accurate and simple detection.

Abstract: Tyre rolling resistance is very important to energy conservation and vehicle emissions. The main test methods of rolling resistance and their disadvantages are elaborated in this paper. In order to prepare for the (EC) No 1222/2009 and ECE R117, comparative analysis of ECE and GB are taken. It's important for the tyre company inboard export tyre to Europe. The influence of tyre pressure, test speed, load and environment temperature for the rolling resistance are studied, and lay the foundation for accurately measuring rolling resistance.

Abstract: For decreasing the error of wind speed prediction in wind farm, improvements from the aspects of arithmetic, space and time has been proposed based on the soft sensor. Support Vector Machine as the basic prediction method is used to analyze. MRA-SVM testify the improvement of algorithm can increase the performance targets.The modified model about meteorological information achieves the space continuity and the cascading of turbines profits the time continuity. Based the actual measured data, the calculated result shows that it is feasible to improve the wind speed prediction from the aspects of algorithm, space and time.

Abstract: Pointing to the issue that the traditional resistance temperature measurement based on principle of bridge balance has disadvantages such as complex and high costs, A new method of temperature measurement based on zero-input response of The RL circuit is proposed. Microcontroller is used to control the zero-input response of the simple RL series circuit, so as to establish the relationship between the zero-input response time and the resistance. The complex hardware is replaced by the simple software.

Abstract: Thermistor has a large temperature range, good stability and resistance to oxidation, which occupies an important position in the low-temperature measurement. This article describes new two-wire thermistor temperature measurement device using the Freescale MC9S12XS128 MCU with sampling capacitance. The device is composed of the MCU with its own A/D, MC9S12XS128 MCU, sampling capacitance, amplifier, boosted circuit, data acquisition and processing system, constant current source, etc. Using constant current source and 16-bit A/D converter designs the temperature measurement circuit, it can eliminate the effect from the conductor resistances in the traditional two-wire resistance temperature measurement system and reduce the measurement error which conductor resistances bring. The method is simple, practical, with high accuracy, strong anti-interference ability and other characteristics.

Abstract: Robot motion accuracy plays a vital role in the production which makes use of industrial robots. This paper takes advantage of iterative algorithm to calibrate the robot joint parameters on the basis of setting up mathematical models of 6-DOF robot crossed technology on the mathematical model. It puts forward the method obtained by measuring the pose compared with the theoretical and the robot absolute posing deviation. It provides the basis of surface sheet metal precise scribing work on the next stage.

Abstract: In allusion to the disadvantages of sucker rod displacement measuring technologies at present, we introduce an inertial measuring technology in which the design of acceleration measuring system, the design of IIR digital filter and double integral algorithm play significant roles. Through combination of hardware and software, the embedded measuring system was developed to measure the acceleration, process data and realize the serial communication. In our practical work, some chips were used in this system, eg 1221L-002, ADS1259, MSP430F1611, MAX202, etc. The test results showed that the accuracy of the measuring system reached to 5%, which met the request for oilfield.

Abstract: The distribution of radioactive geophysical and geochemical exploration data is very complex ,it has multifractal characteristics, using the fractal theory to research conforms to the data distribution. The author selected some methods of fractal theory for study and compared with the traditional method,used content-area method to process gamma-spectrometric data of the carbonate-siliceous-pelitic type uranium deposit, it can reduced abnormal area and didnt omit ore occurrences, this will reduce the exploration workload;used fractal trend-surface method to process activated carbon radon measurement data of the sandstone-type uranium deposit, it can effectively strengthened the weak anomaly, and found new ore-generating anomaly area.
